It might seem like a weird comment to make but damn is it nice to see a fabrication youtuber take protective equipment seriously. Glasses when using the saw, full googles and respirator when grinding, proper gloves and jumpsuit and mask, even a filtered one because of the lack of a fume extractor, when welding. Warms my heart.
Make some catch trays to slide under the table, that way it’s easy to find the small stuff & clean. Make a triangle infill piece for inbetween the legs to direct debris in to the trays
I can really appreciate how the table is a great time saver helping set fabrication work up . The investments you’ve made paying dividends. Good stuff 👍
Making stuff. Repairing stuff. Mechanical jobs. And a bit of farm work. That would suit me down to the ground. How I got trapped building people's houses for 43 years I don't know, it just happened. Keep doing the variety. As you get older it will keep you sane.
Hi Oliver, seeing the table in use on a fab job like that is great, what a piece of kit, it's a big help to you . And busting some cool moves at the same time, like the headphones. And in between leeding grain from the field, hope you have a good harvest. Thanks for another interesting video mate, stay safe, best wishe's to you and your's, Stuart UK.
I bet you wished you had that table years ago. I looks like it makes your life so much easier. I used to love to fab stuff so being retired now I have to watch others do it for me. Thank you for the great job.
Big mug with coffee, starting up PC, open browser, open youtube and a p'fect (nearly one hour) video by Oliver. There is no better way to start a Sunday. Your manufacturing skills are impressing, Wes could do with some guidance from you when repairing farm equipment 😉
Nice job Oliver, good to see you getting on with the fixture table. It looks like it's making things easier and more consistent to stick together. I bet it's a nice change to be making this new from scratch. Cheers from Texas, USA
It's notable of someone who is very diligent and meticulous that you double or triple check every measurement automatically. A cut above a simple fabricator. Not just do it but do it right precisely with due attention to every detail. That welding table is really showing it's value BTW. I bet you're wondering how you lived without it.
Another great video Ollie! The fixture table sure saves a lot of time and headaches, setups far quicker and consistently accurate really ups the output and quality, a bit of a game changer for you and a worthwhile investment
Harvest is like collecting pound coins from the field 😝 one day 3-D printers could make parts from drawings to save wastage and time. Good to see the table helping. Technical drawings are sometimes only easy to read by who made them. 😮 nice custom chair 👌🏼
Seriously good viewing Oliver. Watching you at work is a fabrication adventure. Seeing the CAD designs become real..you using the table..you seeing and solving problems as they arise is great viewing. I'm looking forward to part 2 of coarse..
Another great video Oliver. Thanks. A perfect example of a plater’s job in a fabrication shop. Reading the drawings, some better than others, cutting the components, assembling them and tacking everything together. While the welding is undoubtedly a very skilled job I think the plater’s work is from my experience in fabrication shops very underrated. From all the platers I have met over the years I think a great number would have given a lot for a fabrication table like yours. All they had was a plain table with a gas fire underneath to help keep them warm in winter in a shop with no heating.
Hi Oliver, First off - last week’s video. I didn’t think they could get even more challenging but it did. I’m in awe of how well you pulled it off. This week’s was challenging but in. A different way. I think your customer could have given you the critical dimensions and left the rest to you. As for specifying ‘unobtanium’ for the main structure… well. I spent the whole day in hospital so we watched it eating a Chinese takeaway. All the best. Mike
That’s a nice Series 2A sittin’ beside the plate store. Can we see some more pics of that please Oliver. Great video also but I’m easily distracted by Landies😂, particularly old uns.
I think those types of brackets will be better in the long run...not only does it spread the load, but if it ever needs to be repaired...all they (or you) will have to do is plasma/arc gouge off the plate, clean up the box section and put a new part back on..but with the loads/stresses being spread out over a thicker piece, it shouldn't crack welds or bust box sections like normal builds Sure fabrication is a bit more lengthy and time consuming...but it makes for a MUCH stronger and longer lasting machine in the long run... Loving it...can wait for part 2! Keep em coming!!!!
It's great to see someone using a fixture table for an actual job, not just talking about how they would hypothetically be great - seems to be earning its money. Also fascinating to see a fabrication job from scratch, 100% Snowball Engineering craftsmanship. I also love the custom chair, very, very cool.
Love to watch you and your Dad work together, and that Table is so Damn cool . its like you just through it up there and it falls in place ? I love that Cad , looks like there nothing Yaĺl can´t fabercate.. You and CEE are the best out there.. Thanks, See Ya, S E Texas
And there was me thinking you were auditioning for Strictly. 🤣😂 Nice headphones and chair, whose headphones look really comfortable would be useful to drown out the noise from the missus, especially every time she complains about me watching Ollie on u-tube. Only kidding I use a lot of garden machinery, think they would be useful. Glad your using the table, looks like its already saving you loads of time. 👍
Interesting build, look forward to part 2, also would like to see it in action when it's completed ! Thanks for sharing your work week. Brian from South Yorkshire.
Fixing stuff is great to watch you do. But fabbing out new is proper-job. Loving this vid. And the snippets of 'around the farm' are great too - it keeps everything in context.
Thats a super multi function table. I'm sure it made this complex job a lot easier for you. The Highland Coo looks fabulous. I expect to see you selling these on Etsy next!! 🙂
Your engineering and fabricating skills are very special. Glad to see you getting the tools and equipment you need to effectively and efficiently do what you are so talented to do. Thanks for another excellent video. Looking forward to part 2.
Thank you for sharing, another great sunday morning with you and your project, i learn a lot, always a pleasure watch your channel, from Qubec,Canada 👍👍👍👍have a nice day
I'm glad I'm not the only one doing a bit of arse wiggling in the workshop! It does make it difficult to get a straight bead when welding though 😁 Great video Oliver, I'm looking forward to part 2 👍
Great video Oliver and love seeing you getting good use out of your table and I absolutely love the highland cow. If your making them for sale, I am up for buying two! 🐮🐮
Hi,just love that welding table/fabrication back in my working life all we had was old furnace blocks dogs and wooden and steel wedges but it worked, you're customer is a wise cookie saying if you see something that you think needs amended just do it😂 doesn't he realise theres a right way a wrong way and a Snowball Engineering Way regards from Scotland 🚜🎧⚙️🏴🇬🇧
The table is indispensible Oliver, makes setting up jobs look so easy and what a time saver. No more back ache now you have a good solid chair, you will need to watch the grinder sparks though if you leave it by the Kutavar console.
Hi Oliver. Your new fixture table is awesome. Faster and more accurate are good combination. All I could thing of when you decided to weld the upright tube to the top rather than cut a hole and pass it thru, was ‘ did he remember to subtract the thickness of the box section?!’ Looking forward to the rest of the build. Have a great week Be Well Cheers
Really enjoying your content. Great to see the Escco table earning its keep... Also really nice to see the farming clips threaded into the videos :) Harvesting is a busy time for farmers. That grain dryer looks like it's burning a scary amount of BTu's, can't imagine the energy bill for that running for a day or two...
I am really interested in how this turns out. I am a tree surgeon with the same machine, and I do a lot of garden clearances where this attachment would be so handy. Maybe a future order from me. 👍👍
2:54 this is where I favour a band saw or reciprocal hacksaw, you can set the material up & hit the start button & walk away & do other things. I see you took on my idea for social media logos on your shirts 👍🏼. MPOW make a very good pair of Bluetooth ear defenders, very affordable, unlike isotunes, & very well made.
Hopefully the weather keeps good for the harvest not cheap drying grain and time consuming...wow there's alot of this n that on that project thinking it could've been simpler and cheaper to build for sure.. O well ges u getting paid to make it keep up the good work awesome job thks ...
It might seem like a weird comment to make but damn is it nice to see a fabrication youtuber take protective equipment seriously.

Warms my heart.
That table is a game changer for you. Great purchase
I was thinking the same! The clamping utility it provides is amazing.
Make some catch trays to slide under the table, that way it’s easy to find the small stuff & clean. Make a triangle infill piece for inbetween the legs to direct debris in to the trays
Measure 87 times and weld once. I like it! Fantastic work sir!
I can really appreciate how the table is a great time saver helping set fabrication work up .
The investments you’ve made paying dividends.
Good stuff 👍
Busting some shapes whist listening to Tayler Swift , Oliver living the best life . 🤣
Look at you Oliver you have a throne as well as a table for a king….well deserved.
Great job bud love the highland cow
I like your new table must save a lot of time the way you can set your work up. cheers from NZ
That’s one fabulous fabrication table Oliver! Saves a heap of set-up time with all the equi-spaced holes and graduations. Awesome! 👍🏻😁
your table has some of the nicest fixturing devices that I have ever seen!! very good product!
Making stuff. Repairing stuff. Mechanical jobs. And a bit of farm work. That would suit me down to the ground. How I got trapped building people's houses for 43 years I don't know, it just happened. Keep doing the variety. As you get older it will keep you sane.

Nice job Oliver, good to see you getting on with the fixture table. It looks like it's making things easier and more consistent to stick together. I bet it's a nice change to be making this new from scratch. Cheers from Texas, USA
Away In my camper, sitting by the sea cup of tea in hand and a perfectly timed video to enjoy 🎉
Good for you! Enjoy,
It's notable of someone who is very diligent and meticulous that you double or triple check every measurement automatically. A cut above a simple fabricator. Not just do it but do it right precisely with due attention to every detail.
That welding table is really showing it's value BTW. I bet you're wondering how you lived without it.
That table is certainly a good addition to the workshop. Thanks for making the time to share!
6.22 Dancing with DEWALD, not with wolves.
Thanks for the video.
I enjoy seeing what you make and also how you work.
Stay safe.
The more intensively you sink into the different areas of activity, the faster time passes. You are one at work. 💁♂️
Fascinating stuff as always Ollie, looking forward to part two. 👍
Another great video Ollie! The fixture table sure saves a lot of time and headaches, setups far quicker and consistently accurate really ups the output and quality, a bit of a game changer for you and a worthwhile investment
6:21 you are not a robot after all...great videos, keep having fun and making incredible videos!!!

That setup table is the dogs! stay safe
You have some great talents fabbing and working on the farm. The table looks like it will help you a lot.
Oliver, another good video. Your projects are getting more into fabricating and technical. Cheers.
That's a unique project, Oliver. I have no doubt you will make it work great for the customer. Your new welding table is great.
Lots of fabrications on this job Ollie. That fabrication table sure works good. A great investment for your shop. Good job.
Seriously good viewing Oliver. Watching you at work is a fabrication adventure. Seeing the CAD designs become real..you using the table..you seeing and solving problems as they arise is great viewing. I'm looking forward to part 2 of coarse..
that fixture table is soo nice.
Nice one Olly thought you were practicing for strictly for a minute
As long as he hasn’t just come back from Manchester and been dressing up as a bee!

You're going to love that stool. It was one of the best additions I ever made to my shop. I find it especially handy for tig welding.
Hi Oliver,

You are really good with that CAD and you make it look easy. It's something I've never had the need or ability to use, it's above my pay grade .....
I don’t know if you have kids or not Oliver, but there was definitely some dad dancing going on there feller ! 👌
For the first time ever.... Ollie, sitting down on the job! 😅😅😅 Nice chair! 👌👌

I like how the plasma table screen is handy to the fixture table for referring to drawings.

Lovely video you are just what this country needs you and your family thanks, good work.
Another interesting work week! I look forward to every weeks video. Keep up the good work my friend.
You do amazing work Sir! Glad you’re getting some comforts as you go with the music and stool. Thanks for bringing us along!
The new table is great 👍👍👍👍👍.
Receiving some nice gifts 👍👍👍
The table is a real help. I saw some very decent welds. Have a good week.
And there was me thinking you were auditioning for Strictly. 🤣😂 Nice headphones and chair, whose headphones look really comfortable would be useful to drown out the noise from the missus, especially every time she complains about me watching Ollie on u-tube. Olá amigo mais um excelente trabalho e aguardo a continuação!!!
Boa sorte sempre!!!
Noise canceling headphones are sure nice to have 👍 Go Snowball!
Excellent work layout 👍 That workbench/ layout bench is one of the best investments that you have made 👍👍👍
Fixing stuff is great to watch you do.
I like how you switched scenes! From your project to work around the farm! 👌👍 ! A good one! Young lad! Keep it up! Thanks for sharing!
Great video Oliver 👍👍👍.
Your engineering and fabricating skills are very special. Glad to see you getting the tools and equipment you need to effectively and efficiently do what you are so talented to do. Thanks for another excellent video. Looking forward to part 2.
Your new welding bench was a good investment. It's getting a lot of use and making welding pieces together a lot easier than using your old workbench.
Love that chair that you got. This just shows what a great mind you have building these items. Keep it Up!!!
Thank you for sharing, another great sunday morning with you and your project, i learn a lot, always a pleasure watch your channel, from Qubec,Canada 👍👍👍👍have a nice day
A great fab job. Looking forward to part 2. Thanks, Oliver. Cheers.
That seigmund table is great for repeatability.
I thought "Go To The LOO" when I saw you dancing around, but music in the ears would explain the dancing... LOL
Another top job Ollie.
One first class fab shop with the plasma table and that super set up and fabrication table. Thanks for taking us along on this build.
That chair will definitely save your joints mate, even the thought of standing at the plasma screen is making my feet hurt🤣

People look at you and ask "Is there no end to this guy's genius?"
An interesting project Oliver roll on part two
Fantastic work Oliver. Now we have to wait a week for part 2. Thanks for posting!
The computer cutting table and the work table must be a great help to what I do Oli.
47:16 Cardinal Snowball! Get the comfy chair!
Hi olly really enjoyed seeing you do other jobs on the farm

Hey, nice stool maybe put your outriggers out on the side of your table and use that with the stool nice work as usual👍
I am really interested in how this turns out. I am a tree surgeon with the same machine, and I do a lot of garden clearances where this attachment would be so handy. Maybe a future order from me. 👍👍
Awesome video, thank you Oliver, great work
Oliver, it's a new table and you're standing on it with yer boots on!
Great work Oliver! Love the hair cut! 😅

Ollie it can be difficult following a not quite a engineering drawing but so far so good can't wait for second part, Somerset mike.
Great video. I sure would like to have you slow down the actual CAD work. I find that very interesting.
Nice work looking forward to the finished device!
That set up / welding table is a GOOD investment to your shop Oly !! Carry On my goodman .. 😎🍺🍺CHEERS
