Next time, pull the plate off to expose the grease fitting, crack it loose and the grease will come out and the pistons will retract enough to get the track on much easier.

This is painful to watch when they never even took the grease zerk out to release the tension of the front roller. Have someone in the machine and get that track on the main drive sprocket and slowly pry it back in place
