- Often we forget about the little inventions that have a big impact. Check out this life story of the clever, imaginative and determined woman, Mary Anderson who had a brainwave, believed in herself and broke through in a man's world. Her idea may seem obvious now but in the early days of the motor vehicle, no one had thought how to clear the windshield. So take a moment to hear about her life and how she came to her great idea!
