I live in California, it is normal to have roughly 7 rainy years / 7 dryer year cycles. Has been going on for a long time. The only issue is planning.
@@misfitlife1866 The water delivery system of the entire western United States is designed around snow, not really rain. The snow melts throughout the year and supplies a constant flow, the rain is sort of a flushing mechanism.

Hes right a gas leak is nothing to mess with. We had horrible trashy neighbors who got evicted on our street and as a parting gift to the landlord, they severed the gass meter with a hachet and didnt tell a soul. So glad the next door neighbors smelled it, the gas company was able to handle the issue fast but it terrified me to think it was one ignition source away from blowing sky high. Its very close to my house.

No they pay a registration fee, not a real property tax. Most mobile homes sit on rented land so they pay rent. If they own the land it sits on they pay taxes on the parcel.
