Hi, we are Stephen, Jess, Hunter and baby Koa - an Australian family who have had quite the journey. After travelling the world as a couple in 2020 we had our very first baby, we then spent the following year self-converted a van before moving into it full-time to drive around Australia. Cut to 2023 we welcomed our second child Koa into the world before resuming full-time travel around the world.

I love that Hunter participated with a chip for the fermented shark! And her "FULL VIKING" was priceless!

I said just yesterday that you should go to Iceland again as you went to Norway, Denmark and the Faroe Islands so Iceland was the next best choice.

I've been watching you guys since way before you were married. I like how in recent years, you have shown more about the foods of the places you visit.
aww wow thanks so much for watching for so long!
I agree. The food you get to experience is such a big part of travelling.
Bucket list place. Thank you for sharing 😊
Went there last Summer. Can highly recommend doing a round tripwith a CAMPER and ignore the Golden circle if you can (just get the highlights fast in fast out) then its one of the most beautiful places you can visit.
1 Day Reykjavik is enough btw. Its not that big ... :D
we LOVE Iceland!!
Stephen, Jess, Hunter, and Koa, the best family ever!!!!!

14:40 seeing that yellow tag on my backpack really brings back memories of the scramble from the airport to the food tour 😁
😅😅😅 so glad you made it!
We managed to visit most of these places when we came to Iceland for our honeymoon! Can’t wait to revisit next month!

Beautiful 🤗Thanks 😁👍
I remember your previous trip to Iceland. I can't believe how that time has flown by! Iceland is definitely on my list of countries to visit now you have reminded us of how lovely it looks. I think I will give the fermented shark a miss! :)
I know right!! It’s been well over 6 years time flies so fast
LOVE Iceland!
us too :) thanks Granny
thank you for sharing to Food❤❤❤
My pleasure 😊
Hunter & Koa are having the time of their lives.
Hehe they truly are
I wanna go to Iceland sooooo bad! But I’m also allergic to seafood, so I don’t know how well I’d go! (Also considering the fact that I have a lot of sensory and smell aversions to food.) But nevertheless I figure it out and I will plan a trip to Iceland one day! I have a lot of chronic health conditions (And have had over 50 surgeries) which are also stopping me right now but maybe one day? All I can do is plan that trip and hold onto that dream and hope. After all sometimes hope is being able to see that there Is light despite all the darkness. ❤
I hope you have an amazing time on your Iceland Trip!!
if you go to Vestmannaeyjar, you HAVE to stop at a place called 'Slippurinn', in my opinion, best restaurant in all of Iceland
Oooh thanks for the advice 😊
They announced an expedition trip last year.
As I'm from Iceland I wish I would have known you were doing an expedition here and tried signing up :(
Aww sorry!! If you head to www.flyingthenest.tv/expeditions you can get updates
When did you all stop eating meat? Also, your videos are one of favorites parts of my Sunday afternoon.❤
About 12ish years ago 😊
Un salut din Transilvania 😊

Great vlog as always! Fermented shark. Not for me! I am from Norway and eat fish in any way, shape or form except that and the Swedish Surstrømming! Keep up the good work. Be safe!
Hahaha def was a bit strange
Oh, I am curious if alchool is expensive in restaurants and supermarkets in all this countries in the North of Europe? I mean, winw, beer, votka...
omg just wish I knew before I could order a no-dog hot dog! I also don’t eat meat and I had to skip when I went there :/

🙋🙋
Remember that if a fish smells it means the fish is not fresh. DON'T eat it
Oooh fun fact thanks!

Café Loki is NOT cheap by any standards... its one of the most overpriced places you could go to...
