In New York school they start every philosophy lesson with exercise putting attention on perceptions.(senses of body) . I see it’s different in London school.
In all the Schools we introduce first the awareness exercise; this is giving attention to each of the senses in turn, and coming into the present moment. We'll have a new animation video coming out soon for the awareness exercise - look out for it! Thanks for watching.
