This song was originally supposed to be in the 1939 movie but for some reason it was cut out but you can see it as a special feature on the DVD and Blu-ray version.

Please remember that this is a small private school that doesn't even have an auditorium, but rather has to build and tear down a stage annually in the gym just to perform a school musical.

@jiminugh No, the liner notes state it was cut because they thought the "jitterbug" would date the film as it was a popular dance of the time.
