- I was lucky enough to get into a woods raid before the Tarkov servers went down on December 27th, 2023. This was my second raid of the wipe and I wanted to unlock Jeager to get access to some better gear. On the way, I run into Shturman and get into a fight with him and his goons.
I earned my achievement on December 27th at 10:16 AM EST. Was I the first?

I mean woods can be a vary relaxing map to play because once you have played it for a bit the map is so big that it's vary easy to just avoid players and loot, and if you wait till the end of a raid and kill a player scav, woods player scavs are ALWAYS juiced. So there are some reason to like woods

Nothing wrong with sharing a moment in a video-game that you thought was cool with the rest of the community DS, par for the course that seems very in-character for you. Cool moments deserve to shared and enjoyed with friends after all.

ive been a little lucky with boss spawns lol, went dorms on wipe and killed reshala and his guards, having tier 4 gear and faceshields right away was insane, and on the 29th killed shturman, but i didnt realize i shouldnt have used the key :(

Everytime I see shturman its head eyes the second I glance. Doesnt matter what distance.
Fighting bosses is still a true mess in this game. Get some times head eyes from miles away and once in a while they charging you without shooting like some bots in easy mode.

since ground zero is locked after lvl 15 or something like that, is it possible to overlevell yourself without doing the quests and lock yourself out of the other quests that follow ?
It doesn’t get locked anymore it just puts you in a lobby with lvl 15+ players now

HP BT could mean hollow point - boat tail it is a thing not sure if that’s the case here. But basically it means a more aerodynamic round so better ballistics and performance. 🤷🏻♂️
It's not the case here. BT is a Cyrillic abbreviation and has nothing to do with boat tail (all the 5.45 are afaik). Just like BS doesn't mean boat sail shape. Kidding aside, BT is armor penetrating tracer: Broneboynaya Trassiruyushchaya.

Time of the achievement says 22:27(of my local time), and the wipe happened around 17:55 of my local time. Probably wasn't the first, but one of the first guys to kill goons .

The map literally just a forest with some structures. It is kind of a map when you first try to create a game map with an game engine.

There is a high chance you get the boss spawned on the map if its your first raid on that map. Every wipe i get Shturman in the first raid.
I might actually have you beaten unfortunately. Or at least pretty close. Not sure i killed him on day 2 of the wipe as well ill update this comment or post again with my date time group to share. But if so congrats bud.

Interesting that streamers had minimal issues playing on wipe day but majority of players couldn’t even launch the game

Who the hell cares ? It’s more about spawn chance %. You don’t have a super high k/d or survival rate compared the top. Luck achievements im not here for.
