Yes, although you will need a ramp to get on. Although I don't know exactly which stations have lifts, some of them may have lifts.

I must inquire: everything about this subway system looks small, or rather, miniature. It uses a 4ft narrow gauge, and this is a hyperbole but I find that the trains kinda look like toys, especially when you see the train size compared to the ppl inside and outside. The platforms too look really small. Any idea why this is the case? Just curious...
