Fun fact, this line was originally cable operated! The only cable line, that was underground! And for a contrast, the only cable line over a bridge was used on the Brooklyn Bridge,at the turn of the last century[1880's-1900's],and since it isn't there anymore,Glasgow has the honors! Thank you 😇 😊!
One person's "stay on" is another person's "block"! The old City & South London - the world's original deep level 'tube line' - employed island platforms too. Heavily rebuilt between 1919-26, today it forms part of TfL's Northern Line. Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations retain their original platform layout and are the narrowest on the London Underground.
Brilliant little system so small and cute

Really good video. I love the Glasgow Circle. But could you zoom a bit slower? Thank you! 🎉
Superb video, spookily I rodeo this system just last week, and I was really impressed, the trains are very quiet.
I enjoy your videos.
It's on some stretches a bumpy ride. They should have waited for a complete track refurbishment before using the brandnew trains.
i also call them the smol metro
1:25 There's no way I would wait on that narrow platform. It looks terrifying. I would stay on the steps until the train arrived.

This video made me feel strangely claustrophobic.
