दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की मुश्किलें कम होती नहीं दिख रही है. दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद आम आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक केजरीवाल को सीबीआई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत पर भेज दिया है.
केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो ने दिल्ली के सीएम की 3 दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत खत्म होने के बाद उनकी 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत की मांग की थी. राउज एवेन्यू की स्पेशल सीबीआई कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को 12 जुलाई तक न्यायिक हिरासत के लिए तिहाड़ जेल भेजा.
सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल के 26 जून को केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने गिरफ्तार किया था. कोर्ट में पेश करने के बाद उन्हें तीन दिन की सीबीआई कस्टडी में भेज दिया गया था. जिस समय सीबीआई ने केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार किया उस समय वह प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की ओर जांच की जा रही दिल्ली आबकारी नीति से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में हिरासत में थे.
