in Russia, the average speed is higher than in the USA or in England - everyone there complains not only about prices but also about speed - we often have wired Internet. How these figures were calculated remains a mystery. they probably calculate the formal speed from advertising booklets. if you have optical fiber, then 100 MB/s is already enough for everything. it is necessary to calculate how many people use optics, how many wired lines, how many wireless ones. wired networks are usually stable - the speed is according to the contract, and cellular networks can show the agreed speed once a year
It's rather simple, It's the amount of subscribers and their speeds. It doesn't take in account things like internet coverage. You cold have 100 businesses with 100gb internet that throw off a much lower average also.

4:24 India 🇮🇳 ❤
Well I think for mobile carrier, China mobile carrier is one of the cheapest I ever encountered, only cost 29RMB (4 dollars) for 280 GB per month while where I live cost 16 dollars for only 10 GB per month😢
4 starts out of 5 for argentina, damn
As a Chilean I really enjoy faster internet 🙌🏻 especially if you work and play with it
Getting 700 mbps with 5g (jio unlimited data) in rural india 😊
Someone pls leave the timestamp for future ones
3:03 really? Indonesia average internet speed is 43.35 Mbps?
I think, Indonesia's internet is very slow at ASEAN
Without any wifi 680mbps in 🇮🇳

As a Vietnamese, I confirm that the Vietnamese network is not very strong, maybe the worst is my room network, the worst in the world.
Change your Internet service provider. Buy a good router if you use wifi. It's also wise to upgrade your hardwares. It's useless to have a good internet speed with a slow system. I live in Canada and I visited my family Phu Nhuan district, Saigon three years ago the internet speed is very good.
600Mbps in Bulgaria with tv package for 18 euro per month. There are higher options with 1Gbps and 10Gbps though but a total overkill for most people.
Chile 🇨🇱 Top 3 👏🏼
4:00 This information is not true, I live in Turkey, it has never exceeded 3 MB in my life, we generally use 1 MB and below internet since there is a monopolization, only one state-supported company provides service, they close the market to competitors. For example, Starlink is not coming to Turkey by the state, or rather the state does not allow it. It interferes, we use the most expensive and worst Internet in the world. I have never had the chance to watch 4K videos or movies in my life.
Here I am chilling with 130-140 mbps 🤣💀
Viva Chile!!!!
Que envidia weon
Here from Kazakhstan. 4g running 300-400mbps, 5g running more than 1000mbps
I'm from Bangladesh and our internet speed is 0.00000001 Mbps but here our government always say that Bangladesh is a smart country 😂. Just imagine if Bangladesh has 100 Mbps+ internet speed then what they said? Bangladesh is more developed than Aliens?😂😂😂😂
India Will Become More Smarter Than Bangladesh BY 2030 OK!
Damn....but i use Airtel and its bit faster i guess.

But Hong Kong is same as China right?
No. It is not. Hong Kong is "between" a soverign country and part of China. While the latter is a mostly socialist country, Hong Kong has a separate capitalist administration. It's like a country in a country.
As a new Digital Nomad. I want to be in a region of the world that is close to North America due to time differential. After living in Asia, the time zone difference made for difficult working situations. I believe I will have to go to Central America or South America. Cost of Living and Internet speed are very important to me. Not to mention the initial flight from Seattle/Portland to the location.
Bro where is poland💀?😊
6:44 with 183.93 Mb/s.
@@Ocato92wow thanks
As an indian enjoying 300 mbps @1499 but u havent information about it
It's only show avarage speed
Very nice

Argentina left the chat he has 47 speed internet
Chile came out of nowhere. Didn't know they had such high average
Yes, I am
curious why their internet speed is so fast!
That is so, because Chile has 7 submarine cables that connect Chile directly with the USA for example (Valparaiso.Los Angeles)
Pan American (PanAm), Arica
South America-1 (SAm-1), Arica and Valparaíso
South American Crossing (SAC)/Latin American Nautilus (LAN), Valparaiso
Google Curie Cable, Valparaíso53
Telxius Mistral Cable, Arica, Valparaíso57
and a Chile-China interoceanic cable is projected
in Russia, the average speed is higher than in the USA or in England - everyone there complains not only about prices but also about speed - we often have wired Internet.
The internet speed in Brazil 🇧🇷 is 249 MBPS
you should make with cheaper internet too
Thanks for the suggestion bro 💙
Which South Asian Country Has World's Fastest Internet Speed?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
@andrewwu6252That's South(east) Asian country

What!? Thailand 260.54 Mbps!? Why my internet is SO slow!?
An indian scammer is probably stealing your mbps. LOL!
Greece 56.43? I guess I am privileged, as I have about 200 Mbps for download and about 20 Mbps for upload. 😃
I've got 85mbps down and 10mbps up, greece upload speeds sucks man
As a Russian in a huge city with population over a million people, I can confirm that my internet speed is 3 Mbps average, and rarely 7 Mbps at night. Not even close to 113.58, so this video is a lie.
Lol in France we are not at 260Mbps per second now there is optical fiber which does 10 gigabytes of reception
This is "average" user speeds as per tested, not the fastest available.
as a dutch person ive got 2-2,5gb
Roumania being top 15 im speachless😮
here in india internet is dirt cheap a 100 Mbps broadband land costs $8 u.s per month and a 4g mobile package 1.5 gb data per day for 30 days $4 u.s and for 5g one company is offering unlimited 5g for 5 USD per month on cellular but its under test phase it may end any day

I don't even live in Metro city but in my city i experience 200-500 mbps on mobile data (5G).
(India 🇮🇳)
I live in Buenos Aires and my Ookla test marks 630 mbs, not sure where these numbers come from.
Italy, not centre of city, we will have to make do average 80 mbit/sec in download, and 20 mbit/second in upload. At 3 km, the near city cabled on fiber overall, 1 gigabit/second. This is very annoying
Ah. In my place it's even worse: half has fiber and the rest is in the wild (obviously I'm in the unlucky side).
In Slovenia I am getting a solid 1TB internet snd TV service for 40eur per month. Living in the outskirts of capital city
The normal speed that I download Apps is 80-110MB/s(Not Mbps) and for its ads the carrier says themself right now has a combo with 1000Mbps only takes about 180 USD per year(1280 RMB). That's insane😂
Music name?
Whatching this in namibia is painful
A glass of vodka for those who remember 56kbps and cursed explorer for loading pictures from above.
And I can't even think I used that until 2008.
@@GoodMusicManiac999 I sometimes lived in a small village where was no phone line ready for ADSL and used an old push-button telephone as a GPRS modem for PC, little bit later - EDGE (almost the same speed). This lasted until 2010 when 3G happen.

Me too. I had one of the first UMTS phones in here and was good as a modem, but the connection price was so prohibitive I only used it in extreme situations.

😂 yeah I remember those days 😅
I use 200Mbps monthly unlimited download plan on fibre broadband connection n living in a metropolitan city and have gotten full speed for the past 4 years with no issues. But Not really Surprised my country India's, avg is just 77 as the majority of India's population uses only 20 to 50 Mbps speeds for home and Mobile is max 10 to 15 Mbps only which is the majority of India's internet users. Getting 100Mbps or higher is a big monthly expense for an avg household budget, and movies still play well at 50Mbps.
I live in Istanbul Turkey, I use gigafiber Internet, I get 1000 mbps download and 1000 mbps upload speed 👍
What do you need 1000mbps for? Work? Video games? RUclips? Torrents? Porn? Your family of 10?
I have 500mbps on copper, with 1000mbps available...and that's without even counting the Fiber services they've rolling out, which I haven't been following because I don't even need that much just for myself, 100-200mbps is more than enough!
@@you2be839Higher speeds also mean better stability for the quality of infrastructure required. 20 years ago 1mbps was science fiction, "what's the use?" we wondered. Today in my city there is a 10gbps connection. Times change, a higher speed will be increasingly required
@@Mann-ni You still don't specify as for what exactly you're going to need those high Internet speeds.
"...will be increasingly required" is not an answer for why I should need it today!
@@you2be839 Everything. Work, video games, movies, videos. High video resolutions take up more space, with an old connection it takes you 2 hours to download a movie, with a fast connection it takes you a few seconds. If you work and need to make video calls or download/upload data, you need speed and stability. If you play games, you need speed to download games that take up more and more memory. With new connections you have new infrastructures and devices which, for example, eliminate interference and disturbances. It's the evolution of things, it's me who doesn't understand how someone doesn't get the importance of fast connections
I'm from iraq i pay 50$ a month for unlimited fiber cable and i get around 100mbps that's now but 3 years ago i was suffering the whole country just sad low speed 1 mbps i couldn't even open a game and play properly 😔 but now with fiber optic cablees all over the country companies working day and night digging and installing I'm just happy 😊😊
