So much fun it feels like my sport can called folks race too but in Holland we call it Autocross 😂

I have never understood the rules about buying cars after the racing, i know it is to keep cost down but how do they work ?
in belgium , if someone puts a bid on a car , say 500 or a 1000 euro's , you have to sell your car. the price is set by the rules. probably the same for them.
@@mitchiegxxr350 The price is always 1500 euro's at least here in Finland.
@@jere2754 we used this rule in speedway in the standard category. To prevent people from tuning or buying expensive engines.
you pay about 20 euros to enter a lottery and if you win the lottery you get to buy the car for about 800 euros. we do this for every car that raced and it is to make sure that no one spends to much money on the car and the price is always the same to make sure that it is cheap enough so that everyone can race. hence the name folkrace meaning peoples race. no fancy teams or anything just ordinary people
@@jere2754 it might not be always if they start making more races with the 3000€ class too
So there are no Fiats in Swedish Folkrace? Here in Finland the fastest cars are Fiats because they are rwd and the motor is in the back so they get a super fast start.
we have a few fiats but most cars are saabs, volvos, etc. beetles are quite popular because it has the same layout as your fiats
@@asmediaproductions Oh thanks for answering. We also have beetles but usually they are a bit slower than Fiats.
@@jere2754 here we usually put Volvo engines in them which gets more weight and and more power to them so they can make up to about 150 horsepower
@@asmediaproductions So its almost the same as here. I drive a fwd Ford Focus 2.0l and a fwd Ford mondeo 2.5l v6 which we made ourselves. I started "jokkis" folkrace a year ago when i turned 15 and its super fun.😂
