    The older gentleman, Buford, has more of a Maine accent than western U.S. "Sometimes dead is better." ;) ... and the young doctor's voice reminds me of Matthew Broderick

    Great story as always unfortunately there is a warp in the tape making music very distorted nice to hear a western

    The young Dr tells the old lawyer to "drive carefully" as he leaves in his horse drawn wagon. Did they actually use those words in the 1800s or did "drive carefully" come after the automobile?

      I’ve heard the expression to, “drive a horse and buggy”, and similar references to ‘driving a horse’, directing it where to go.
