Thank you for the wonderful video, I’m guessing that nitrous isn’t used because insurance / bureaucracy issues. Such a shame, i worked on an ambulance in America. I saw an episode of a British paramedic and they used it a lot and I was dumbfounded. One gentleman had a jellyfish sting and was in so much pain, the gas made it so much easier to treat him.
