As a host/interviewer it's imperative to be an excellent listener and completely avoid trying to finish people's sentences. It makes for better interviews. Many people have said it already, I'm just going to say mine. Interrupting your guests makes it difficult to follow up/understand what your guest is saying. Please give them time to articulate, it wouldn't hurt.
