Lol, funny you should say that. I am literally waiting for some 3-d printed replacements that should arrive in the next week or two 😜 But the toothpicks will hold a special place in my heart.
Great catch, George! I’ll say honestly that I was so distracted by setting up the new Return elements, that I forgot that step of the original scenario’s set-up. Wouldn’t have been much of an obstacle, but would’ve wasted an action or two for Leo certainly.
@@OneStopCoopShop Also at 22:00 resolving Mask of Umordoth, you dont pick the first cultist that comes up,you can search the whole deck for anyone,i was doing the same mistake in early days, though this cultist was the best to draw!!cheers!!
Wow, that’s one I never read in the rules reference. That’s huge! I actually might have gotten the boss cultist, to deal with him early instead of letting him derail my game later.
It does indeed take an action to parley. I spent one around the 26 minute mark. Though it actually looks like I only spent two actions that turn, since using the book of lore should not have cost an action. As for the enemy phase, the cultist was Aloof because of the mask attachment, meaning he will not engage or attack investigators on his own. Leo didn’t spend an action to engage him yet, so he just sat there.
Your neighbor realized he was a black guy in a horror story and figured the best thing to do would be to leave, how self aware of him. Also, Doctor Milan's ability looks like it has the tap symbol on it, tap to gain 1 resource after you successfully investigate. So doesn't that mean you would have only done it for 1 of those successful investigations at 38:50?
Lol, he’s the only cultist I didn’t murder into talking, so agreed. And no, Milan has the react symbol. Says nothing about exhausting him, so can trigger more than once per phase.
I like the toothpick solution. It fits with my aesthetic much more than the fancy 3d printed connections.

@@OneStopCoopShop I'm guessing they're not 3d printer toothpicks.
😜
Woohoo! Back to the Night!
I OWN the night 😁
Shouldn't an Acolyte spawn during Set-Up because of two investigators?or because it is one player playing both, you don't?

Why in a world like that would anyone ever go to place with mystery meat Mondays?
An investigator has got to eat! ;)
I think it takes an action to parley with your neighbor at 25:00
also, did you skip the enemy phase at 30:18? Or was there nothing to do?

Woo, it must be my birthday. It's not, but still.
And part 2 is about to be up! So happy not birthday twice!
It would be great to see more. Dunwich perhaps?

Oh, okay. I got the symbols mixed up, my bad!
