I know shorts for people who live in the south and of course in California are perfect to go with those tops however, for those of us that live in the middle of the country where it is currently 11° out shorts aren’t even close to the answer. Although it all does look cute.
I just looked for 30 minutes on the Target app, and never found, the black pants with the white stripes on the sides... PLEASE give me the link??? It's not listed in the description box. The ones I have are about to fall apart.

I agree, I live by the coast, but the weather in this area…changes all day long…so you never know how to dress!!! at this time of year.
