Do you ever use salt and pepper? I love your recipes but i find, I need some salt {fleur de sel} thats what i like. I would love to know if you have ever done a salt tasting. My personal opinion is; I feel people are so scared of salt and when your cooking your own food its not a scary ingredient. I would love to eat a whole bag of Oreo's but i know its wrong and I don't ! Hope your getting my vibe, your awesome!
4themotherload I do use table salt. So I may salt at the table. The reason I don’t use salt in my cooking is for heart health. But a little bit of table salt at the table when you are using no salt added packaged foods and you don’t eat out is okay.
