Cats really have it made. How can anyone resist those big eyes of a kitten. I now run a restaurant for most of the local cats. I have 3 of my own and am visited each day by about another dozen. There is always food for them, especially during these winter months. I hate to see a cat go hungry.

I just know he's a very people oriented cat now. I helped handraise 4 kittens who were only 2 days old when found (mom was sooooo sick and died soon after). Challenging, tiring, but oh so rewarding to watch them grow into confident sweet kittens ready for new families. Thanks for the memories! Grenouille is beautiful!
He missed out on nothing.. he had a mama, a papa, and several siblings that loved him from the start. Couldn't have ever needed anymore than that.. bless you all..
I raised my cat this way. He’s very loyal. He was about 1 week old when I got him. He’s now 4 years old and is my constant companion. Y’all did a great job.
We have 4 rescues....but they are tiny DOGS now. One was thrown out like trash...he had parvo. Something that could be prevented by a $15 vaccination. 5 years later, Odie is a beautiful crazy sweet boy. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of your beautiful 🐈

He is gorgeous!!! This video brought back memories!! On 8/3/1998, my neighbors cat, Chynna, came over to get food from me at 1 PM. I noticed she was getting bigger with her pregnancy. I left at 2 PM for my job. When I got home at 10:30 PM, I saw Chynna and she had clearly given birth!! So the babies were born on my birthday!! Chynna was a beautiful calico and the male cat that had been hanging around 60-65 days prior was a black & white tuxedo cat. I told him the came out of the crawl space as we saw tiny paw prints. We put them in a box on a bench. Chynna would find them & take it from there. The babies were screaming. I asked him to keep an eye out and was off to go to Wal-Mart for plants. As I went to the exit, I looked left for cars and saw a cat, deceased by the other entrance. I went to see if it was Chynna, it was. 😿 Instead of plants, I went to Wal-Mart for Kitten Replacement Powder, bottles, baby shampoo (for fleas!!), & goats milk. No cows milk for any baby kittens or puppies, they get sick! I returned and could hear the babies screaming loudly, Chynna's body had obviously been there for 6-8 hours, so her babies were starving. I mixed up bottles and the tuxedo one was a lot bigger! I named her Samantha! The tiny calico, Isabella! After the bottle, I washed both so they had no more fleas. I got a different box and some towels and put both babies in it. I took them to the house and put the box in the spare bathroom. Danny & I then went to bury poor Chynna. I promised her that I would do everything I could to help her tiny babies! I remember the feedings every 2 hours too! They have tiny tummy's and cannot eat a big bottle. I took them into work and everyone took turns feeding during their breaks. I fixed bottles up. I took both to the vet the next day as Isabella was so small that I was concerned. The vet knew I had a pure bred seal point Ragdoll cat named Benji!! He told me to keep Benji away from the newborns or he would kill them. Except for feeding time, the babies would curl up together & sleep. I had fed them and took care of their potty needs, then left them in their box in the bathroom. I got a delivery from UPS & had gone outside to get it. When I came inside, I saw the bathroom door was open!! Benji!?!? I heard baby kitten noises...then a meow from Benji!! I went into the bathroom. Benji was curled up in the box with both babies attempting to nurse off him! From that day on, when I fed them here, Benji observed. Samantha ate like it was her last meal. She was so much larger than Isabella. So Samantha ate first. Benji would then take Samantha and took care of her potty needs. Isabella took longer to feed as she tended to fall asleep after a few sips. The both grew but Isabella was always smaller. By 8 weeks, both had hit their milestones and got their first shots! Isabella was also on vitamins from the vet since their first visit. It was liquid and smelled horrible to me, but Isabella loved it! They were spayed and loved playing with all the cats & the dog! On 12/30/2010, Samantha was playing with one of their Christmas toys. She threw one in the air & leaped to catch it. She landed in a thud on the floor. The vet said she had had a heart attack and she never regained consciousness. Isabella lived until 9/3/2019--21 years & 1 month!! Up until 9/1, she was doing fine. Age related issues of course, her food & water dishes had to be on the floor, as she couldn't jump. The only time she was not purring was when she was asleep! By this age she would come over to the sofa and meow to pick her up! Her favorite play was next to me, no matter if we were watching TV or sleeping! On 9/2/2019, she was no longer purring a lot. She would grunt and sometimes cry out in pain. Then she refused all food and drank very little water. I knew it was time! On the morning of 9/3/2019, Isabella crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge! She was in my arms and licked the tears from my face. They gave her the heavy tranquilizer shot and she snuggled in my arms! I told her to go look for Samantha & Benji at the Rainbow Bridge. I will see them again some day. In the meantime, my parents & grandmom take care of ALL of our babies at the bridge.

We, too, found a few days old tiny kitten and he became a huge, very sweet and loving cat. Not aggressive at all, just a little timid around strangers, despite having been left by his mum at a very young age.
This is so heartwarming. My family and I rescued a litter of 4 kittens right after they were born (mama left, never came back) and that was very challenging because they had parvo. It took mixing Pepto Bismol in with their formula and weeks of sleepless nights (we each took turns feeding them) but, miraculously, they all survived, and made great recoveries. You gave the abandoned kitten everything he needed to grow up healthy, unafraid, and sociable. You had a great little animal family to integrate him into. Thank you for a delightful video.
You have done a great job. He was totally helpless, waiting to die & you stepped in to save his life. Well done. I want to add 1 thing:Be very careful about letting him outside. If he thinks that all dogs are his friends, then that could end badly.
This was absolutely wonderful to watch and you guys are the best for taking him in and caring for him and saving his life. There should be millions more like you. Bless you all!
I watch a lot of cat rescues, most seem clinical and done to a set script.Yours is very different. There was an informal air to it. And quite a lot of love and affection. Hope you adopt another kitten soon!
I already have 2 cat's. Rafael and Branquinha. Rafael have 17 years, and Branquinha 8 years old. They are my best friends. Bye and have a great night 🌃 😍.
It is so wonderful to raise a cat. My ex, still a good friend, suggested I get a cat because I complained she and my daughter were not spending enough time with me, and I was lonely. Since I wanted female company and had just run into someone after I returned from a trip to Europe in '17 who wanted me to babysit his female kitten, I asked if I could adopt her. I knew she had left her Mama too young, and she imprinted on me immediately. My friend did not at first want me to keep her---he said she was sick and probably would not survive and he did not want me to get attached to her. But I have saved a poodle who was severely ill with dysentery, and other small animals, by just applying love and symptomatic treatment and patience, since I was a boy, and I have now more than six decades of experience with pets and making a forever home for them. My cat, Rosie, now about six years old, has flourished, and she is also a licensed therapy pet, I found special traits in her, she is able to detect if I need to rest, or eat, and she even makes me watch movies or listen to music by her behaviors. She is always just by my side, and it is uncanny, when I lie down and pull the blanket ever so quietly over me to nap or sleep at night, out of visual range from the other room she comes running to duck under the covers, cuddling in my arms, a "cat croissant", sometimes using my face as a pillow or simply resting her head on my arm or pillow, sleeping in a human pose, her motor so loud it takes me a few minutes to fall asleep. My Ex, daughter and I make our friends roll their eyes when we talk about our love of adopting cats. Cats may only meow, but they know some words -- my cat complies when I say "gimme five" or "roll over" or "Do you want to eat or need water?"
Our family raised a pair of kittens whose mama died of congenital heart disease. Two other siblings died. Vet said they had the CHD. 50% of the litter is the norm for this condition. These two, now 18 months and are gorgeous loving gingers. It’s worth it all.
Wonderful to watch his transition from adorable baby kitten to almost full grown handsome cat! You have done a fantastic job raising him! Thanks for giving him a loving ❤️ and forever home!
Thank you for your kindness. Most people don’t realize that the mother has to lick the bottoms for both pee and poop or the kitten will die. The dog did a great job but if anyone doesn’t have that please know to use a warm cloth until the kitten does it’s business. You have to make sure the kitten does in fact poop
Thank you so much for rescuing this sweet little baby. He will surely be forever grateful to you both for rescuing him. He hit the cat jackpot when you rescued him. 💖
This cat was meant to be with your family. Many blessings to all of you. The world is not lost at all. There are still good people with a big heart and full of love and compassion for the animals. Keep the good work.
Such a beautiful cat. You are so compassionate and should be so proud you saved this little life. My son rescued a stray kitten thirteen years ago and named him Freddie. Twenty-six days ago dear Freddie died. As our son died eight years ago Freddie was special to us. They will be together now.
You and your family captured the most beautiful moments of being a pet owner' watching this fragile little life blossom and grow on minute-by-minute. Your video shows the deep bonds between you and your family have with your pets, as well as bonds between the individual pets how well they get along and everyone pitches in to help baby kitten thrive.
I too, also hand-raised one of our cats. He was found nearly 2 years ago in front of our garage door in the cold and rain His eyes had not even begun to open. I bottle fed and cared for him round the clock and I would never have changed a thing ! His name is Maestro. He and his brother, Mozart, 2 of a litter of 4 kittens now call our house their home. We have been so blessed with these 2 BEAUTIFUL babies as members of our family.
Omg this is so wonderful 🧡 You have a beautiful family and home and gave him the greatest life ever. Bless you all and thank you for such an amazing video
Делать больше этим людям нечего ,как авкармливмть это кошачьего отродье, заполонили интернет такой гадость,добродетель свою выставить очень хотят и мама за это получать,сплошное двухличие.
So impossibly small. How anyone could leave him crying for 3 days is beyond me. I have no kids but seeing this my mothering instincts would have kicked in. Gorgeous!! Oh, the fun your husband is having!!!
My first tought exactly. Those ppl at the woodshop just let him starve? Or didn't they hear him cry? :-/ A toute la famille de Rachel Kolly: vous êtes formidables!
Yes, I was very happy to see him being fed the right way, feeding on his back could have choked him to death.. it's nice to see a big happy family and know that people live that way.. best wishes, and yes he's a real beauty
So true. I can't believe that he was left for three days, within earshot of people who could hear him crying, and who did nothing about this tiny speck of life. Thankfully, he found the best family ever and survived.
You are amazing and so is your family. Giving so much love just because every soul deserves love. We have rescued 16 cats and bought one of our own when the first rescued cat passed away. we also adopted a little dog when the owner was moved to a nursing home. Right now we still have 11 with us and they are all our babies. They understand each and everything and they sleep with us. Life without pets is boring. Thank you for giving life to this little cutie baby.
What a wonderful story! That wee little kitten is certainly growing up to be a beautiful cat 🐈 . Watching him learning to nurse from a bottle had me holding my breath as I watched... I wanted him do well, so he could grow up to be a big healthy kitty! 😻
Bless you. I am the stray and ferrel cat manager in a town that doesn't really like cats. Yes the work is hard but the reward of their love is well worth the work. I was never around cats but I love them. I should have gotten a cat or two before I got married. Cats are more dependable and loving 🐱🐱🐱🐱
That is not for day-old kitten. Kittens do not even open their eyes until they're at least 10 days old. But thank you for saving this precious little life and giving her a forever loving home. ❤️💕
This warms my heart! I have nursed entire litters of motherless kittens! You are all doing a fabulous job. In all of my experiences there was never an aggressive baby towards me! For me, the opposite was true. Handling them to feed and cuddle is the best thing to do. I loved it when he was accepted by your other pets! Precious moments. I am so happy that you found him and cared for him with tons of love! Thank you all!
OMG... how precious! I had nothing but smiles and laughter watching this video. Thank you ever so much for taking care of this little guy. You saved his life. Some people think animals are just that. Our animals are part of our family. Grenouille is lucky to have such loving parents. This warmed my heart.
He grew up to be a beautiful cat because you never gave up on him and gave him so much love! Sometimes super heroes don't wear capes... they just answer the call to save cats and kittens who are in need of saving!
Poor little guy. Your dedication to saving his life is admirable. With everyone's help, including the dog, cat and rabbit, he turned into a beautiful and loveable cat. 💕 the story. Thanks for posting.
Your family -- including your beloved pets -- are the best thing that could have happened to that precious baby kitty! You are all heroes, for sure! Thanks to you, he has grown up to be a very handsome and healthy kitty. That purr -- purely heartwarming!
Thank you for sharing your rescue journey even though you knew it wasn’t perfect from the beginning. It’s important to see that there is a lot of things you need to keep in mind (like the feeding on the back thing) but people shouldn’t be discouraged to try just because there is a lot of do’s and don’t’s. It’s a journey, so may kittens would be lost if people like you didn’t try with the chance of doing something wrong out of not having the experience. Great job! Happy 9months big guy
❤Thank you ! That was a joy to watch. What a darling little sweetheart.. so adorable & so handsome .. I am going to watch this again…. & enjoy every second!
Here is a feeding note; I looked at kitten formulas the other day and most have SOY in them. Soy is NOT a good ingredient for kittens(!). Looked it up, and goat milk is a good momma milk substitute for tiny kittens. GREAT job. Bless you for valuing life!!
Not just One lucky cat,but the whole family including All animals are the luckiest as they're so loving toward s each other!!! They know what true love is!!!!! Thanking you forever for taking in the kitten!!!
The first thing that shocked me was that anyone would let a newborn kitten cry for three days without doing something! I'm so glad someone finally took care of him. I've done the same and it's a wonderful thing for both kitten and the human who does it. He became a gorgeous sweetheart!
It takes a family of hoomans, a large rabbit, a mama dog and etc to raise a kitten into a beautiful healthy cat. Thank you.

What a pleasure to take care of
Even though "Mama dog" is a male 😂

Thanks but I can't have more cat 🙀. Have a good weekend and night 🌃. Bye. 💖 💖 💖
He is thriving very well great job careing for the little fur babie
So beautiful. And I know it was difficult having to feed him every two hours. I've done it and it's exhausting. You are wonderful people.
Awww! Thank you for your words! 😻
Wonderful to watch his transition from adorable baby kitten to almost full grown handsome cat! You have done a fantastic job raising him!
Thanks for giving him a loving ❤️ and forever home!
I rescued a 4 day old kitten & she lived for almost 18 years. I miss her a lot. She was a very loving & adorable cat ❤️
no you didn't
@@alexanderwoolley1623 who are you? I don't know you so you don't know me or anything about me
I am sorry for your loss.
It's great to know there are such amazing families in the world - it's not all doom and gloom x
Such a beautiful cat. You are so compassionate and should be so proud you saved this little life.
My son rescued a stray kitten thirteen years ago and named him Freddie. Twenty-six days ago dear Freddie died. As our son died eight years ago Freddie was special to us. They will be together now.
Beatiful kitten and beautiful adoptive parents.
Praise God!!
Well done on raising this tiny kitty. That’s some commitment to the two hour feeds but is necessary for survival.
You’ve said all that I came to say, only much more eloquently 💕
What a fantastic story with a happy ending. He is so lucky that a kind loving family found him and made him one of their own.
Beautiful!
Looks like you grew your own perfect family member! Thanks for saving him! You have a gem!
From a tiny abandoned kitten to a fully grown up and beautiful cat. Lovely cat and his lovely hoomans💕💞💖
What a beautiful family. That is how you socialize an abandoned kitty.
Omg this is so wonderful 🧡 You have a beautiful family and home and gave him the greatest life ever. Bless you all and thank you for such an amazing video
I love these cats and dogs. They are very good friends. Forever. 💖 💖 💖 💖 💖
A beautiful kitten so adorable 😻 so glad the kitten has a good home
That kitten was so lucky. Beautiful ❤️
what a beautiful cat and a beautiful story!
Делать больше этим людям нечего ,как авкармливмть это кошачьего отродье, заполонили интернет такой гадость,добродетель свою выставить очень хотят и мама за это получать,сплошное двухличие.
Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe 👍👍 für das kleine Kätzchen 🐾🐱🐾🐱🐾🐱🐾❤❤❤❤❤ so wunderschön ❤️❤️❤️🐾🐱🐾🐱🐾🐱🐾🐱🐾 du bist ja so süß 🐱❤️❤️❤️❤️
So impossibly small. How anyone could leave him crying for 3 days is beyond me. I have no kids but seeing this my mothering instincts would have kicked in. Gorgeous!! Oh, the fun your husband is having!!!
Bless that family four taking the kitty into their family
Bless that family for rescuing this sweet baby kitty. Your love and care turned her/him into a sweetheart. Many blessings to you for caring 🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕
My first tought exactly. Those ppl at the woodshop just let him starve? Or didn't they hear him cry? :-/
A toute la famille de Rachel Kolly: vous êtes formidables!
A kitten that young couldn’t survive three days without nourishment/fluids. Not possible.
Mom this one is for us 🙏
So adorable! The cuteness meter in our house broke after seeing this kitty. thank you for your kindness.
Yes, I was very happy to see him being fed the right way, feeding on his back could have choked him to death.. it's nice to see a big happy family and know that people live that way.. best wishes, and yes he's a real beauty
Yes! That was driving me nuts. I'm surprised they couldn't feel the cat's uncomfortableness.
Oh my goodness, what a fortunate kitten to have found such a caring and loving family!
You are truly an ANGEL. God bless you. You will definitely have a special place in heaven.
What a wonderful story! That wee little kitten is certainly growing up to be a beautiful cat 🐈 . Watching him learning to nurse from a bottle had me holding my breath as I watched... I wanted him do well, so he could grow up to be a big healthy kitty! 😻
A beautiful kitten,so glad the kitten got a good home,he's so adorable 🥰 have a great night
What an handsome cat he turned out into a handsome prince!..he is soo cute n smart cat. Thanx for sharing!
Smart kitty. He knows he was rescued and appreciating his every minute with his parents. What a sweetie. God bless rescuers.
I loved watching every minute. Lovely family.
Great Video! He certainly did grow up to be a gorgeous boy thanks to all of you!♥
Thank you for heping this cat
I truely loved this.....thank you so so much ....If I come back as a cat please please adopt me ..💗⚘
Awwww! Thank you for your kind words!
Beautiful cat, indeed. Wishing him many years of great health and activities with you two!
you have done a beautiful thing and he is a cutie.
That is not for day-old kitten. Kittens do not even open their eyes until they're at least 10 days old. But thank you for saving this precious little life and giving her a forever loving home. ❤️💕
If a kitten is raised exclusively by humans at such a young age, they should be very loving, as this one is! Good job taking care of him!
The daughter fed the kitten perfectly allowing him to push against her hand like he would do on his mother. I'll bet she will become a vet too. 💜
Thank you for your words! I always thought she would… let’s see in a few years! 😻😻😻
@@RachelKolly Or a great violinist such as yourself!
Thank you so much for saving him and congratulations!!!
He's a lucky guy for having you all!!!
Very good story he's a happy little boy God bless you guys for taking care of him you now have a friend for life
OMG... how precious! I had nothing but smiles and laughter watching this video. Thank you ever so much for taking care of this little guy. You saved his life. Some people think animals are just that. Our animals are part of our family. Grenouille is lucky to have such loving parents. This warmed my heart.
You are so kind! Thank you for your comment!
Amazing family and very lucky kitty 🐱 blessings to all the family.
I love cats and enjoyed this video so much!!!! Without you he would not have survived!!! Thanks for all the love you give to animals!!!
Thank you for saving him, he's a credit to you and so beautiful.
He grew up to be a beautiful cat because you never gave up on him and gave him so much love! Sometimes super heroes don't wear capes... they just answer the call to save cats and kittens who are in need of saving!
Well done and thank you for saving this darling baby
Poor little guy. Your dedication to saving his life is admirable. With everyone's help, including the dog, cat and rabbit, he turned into a beautiful and loveable cat. 💕 the story. Thanks for posting.
Your family -- including your beloved pets -- are the best thing that could have happened to that precious baby kitty! You are all heroes, for sure! Thanks to you, he has grown up to be a very handsome and healthy kitty. That purr -- purely heartwarming!

This gorgeous little one deserves the best life! God bless
You guys did a great job raising him. He was an adorable kitten that turned into a beautiful, loving cat. Thanks for sharing him with us. Made my day!
Thank you for your kind words!
Lovely story
Much love and he's returning it
Thank you for sharing your rescue journey even though you knew it wasn’t perfect from the beginning.
Beautiful cat and hoomans! Thank you for adopting him!
That baby is absolutely adorable and precious 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
His fur markings are so special!
And thank you so much for giving this baby boy a chance at life.
He is blessed. Thank you for sharing him with us! God Bless all of you❤
Yes he is a very beautiful gorgeous kitten!!!
