La Cadena Dr., as told by locals, was once known as the “Crown Jewel” road in Colton during the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s, and it continues to hold its charm with good road conditions and beautiful landscaping. Lined with small churches, business enterprises, and family-owned restaurants, La Cadena Dr. remains a picturesque route for motorists. While the road is generally in good condition, some small areas may show signs of wear and tear, such as alligator cracks and road divots.
