It wasn’t until public found out about the case did they give him 2 million dollar compensation..

this ending was not followed by the filipino version...they made it appear that the father turned out alive, with white hair, and he and his daughter hugged... perhaps cuz filipinos want their protagonists alive at the ending... on the contrary, it made the movie unbelievable at the ending
