I received my backup battery for the EP3600 a month after the EP3600 showed up. At first I could not get it to charge so they would be same amount of charge when I hooked them up. My first dc converter was only putting out 12.2 volts and the BB would not charge from that voltage. Hooked a different DC converter that put out 13.6 and it started to charge for a bit then stopped. We were right around 32 degrees and as soon as we warmed up to around 50 degrees it charged right up. They are more sensitive to heat and voltage for charging compared to my Bluettis.
Did you forget to change the battery serial number before you hooked it up and tried to charge it? Many people have forgot to do this very important step :( And the battery pack 100% has to be above 32F in order to charge or you will damage your battery cells. We would not try to charge it unless it was above 37 just to be safe. Remember: Just because the air is 50F, the temp of the inside of that battery does still hold in very cold temp with the mass.
Can I charge with the 30 amp cord and get pass through output at the same time? If I have two E3600LFP units connected together to get 240V with the connector box, can I charge the entire combined "unit" with the 30 amp cord while outputting 240V power?
Bob I have a 1650 watt generator that I bought to charge the e2000's if no sun and grid goes down. Since this wall charges at a much higher rate can I lower that to accommodate my generator?
BAD NEWS :( No that generator will fail every time trying to charge the e3600lfp and full speed :( GOOD NEWS :) The e3600lfp has adjustable AC charging rate, so you can simply adjust the power coming in lower to where you can use that generator and it will work perfect :) P.S. YEAH BUDDY !!!!!

What’s the most power you can pull in ups mode?
