Question: Have you ever broken any drumsticks while doing this? I'd imagine hittin the concrete with the sticks might have chipped or broken one at least a few times in the past.
@@thedrummergordo Ayyy nice, is it that the dulled tips kinda degrade the sound a bit or make it not exactly preferable? Cuz I'd think they could be an opportunity for a different kinda sound, if possible.

They never really chip or beak, the tips just get worn down a bit and then I replace them.

@@Hopecaster I use nylon tips on buckets. Fresh drumsticks always feel and sound better than worn out ones lol. Thats why I replace them.
