She was a fashion icon of her time and her sense of style still continues to inspire designers and enthusiasts

As Lady Colin Campbell explained in a recent video. The Spencer Family were really wanting to be related to the RF Legitimately, because it was already well known they are related through mistresses of Charles the 2nd, which is Illegitimate. So, the first marriage was stopped, & the second one actually happened, but they were very unsuited to each other.
im related to Princess Diana 3 x in my tree shes a distant cousin so there for William and harry and their kids are my distant cousins too..
Another woman,who Diana can relate to is empiress Elizabeth of Austria.
