      I got your answer from another video. May be you are using Idhayam Mantra groundnut oil. Anyway, mami can you please also show how to deal with unexpected results - like omappodi batter coming out in loops or lumps or sliding from the edges of the mould instead of coming in long single threads?? Also, another common challenge is how to manage the timing of frying and keeping the maavu ready in the mould for the next pizisal. A third challenge is, being prepared with all things to fry before heating the oil, because you say dont reuse the oil once cooled....

    How do you measure the butter ? Some cup will be small and some will be big . For one cup you say a tbs butter . What size cup ?

    I add white sesame for ribbon pokada I don't use pottukadalai maavu. My ribbon pakoda comes out very soft and crispy and very tasty
