How did I not realize it was the liar princess! I enjoyed that one! There’s a real nice art book out of his work I was looking at today and was thinking of grabbing!
Thanks Glen, actually just ordered it myself. NIS America seem to sell out quick with the physical releases and never seem to come back so I wanted to be early on this one. Grabbed trails (incredible) while I was at it and disaster report which was meh but still kinda have a soft spot for it

Just FYI this genre of game are considered "Mystery Dungeons". The name comes from all the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon franchise games. The first one I ever played was Azure Blue on the PS1. Most games have the same or similar mechanics so if this is your first one, they might not explain everything perfectly, but any you play in the future, you can expect the same things such as traps being annoying and always in these things.

Interesting. I like the art style and it's an interesting concept but i dont know if it's something i'd pay full price for. I'll probably wait until it goes on sale.
First time i saw this one i was: " The art looks like that PSVita game... htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary... Weird name too... Yeah... Same guys right?". But the gameplay is completely different.
Uau! Thanks for the review. As I was looking the video it was like if I were watching Pokemon Mystery Dungeon set in a decadent world^^ It seems the mechanics are the same, but with the adding of the story. For me, I will wait for the offer.
I was really looking forward to this game but It does worries me a bit that the game crashes at times. I think I might have to wait for a patch to get it fixed or let it go.
@@SwitchCorner If I had not crash problems with my system already I might have risked it but, with the game experiencing them too.. That's just too much risk for my tastes. Thank you for you review! It was very informative. Keep the good work ✌
@@SwitchCorner Well Im not sure.. But I noticed that with the 10.0.0 update after updating the switch if I kept playing as if nothing the system would close and said there was an error. It happened to me a couple of times after updating the system and the same error. So I decided that I would turn off the sysytem after the update-reboot and so far It has worked but for peace of mind I do the same with any and every update -game or system-.
The game tells you all of those things (special attacks draining energy, etc.) and there is even a whole tips section where you can look up all the tips again. Interesting how reviewers sometimes don't serm to pay attention to the game at all.

Will wait for a patch to fix those crashes you mentioned before getting it.
Check the other games from the same director, you will soon understand why its quite original.

gamelover2222 my main experience is basically Pokémon mystery dungeon and that’s really about it honestly! Not a genre I’ve ventured into too much!
Technically the first one was Torneko's mystery dungeon, followed by Shiren the Wanderer and then Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

Nice price point too if you go the digital route coming in at $24.99 so its far from triple A. I think physical is more in the region of $50!
