You are an energetic vibrational Sovereign spiritual being that incarnated here on Earth to go through emotional experiences. We're not supposed to attach to them or hang onto them, we are here to allow flow and be co-creators. when we are consciously aware of our feelings, and conquer our emotions without being triggered, we create our frequency, which attracts to us people in situations at that same vibrational frequency. So if we are attracting things we do not want, that means it's running from a program in our subconscious that we are unaware of that needs to be brought into the conscious so that we can manifest whatever reality we desire.

When you said that we are love, that this is what we came here to experience and spread ultimately, I broke down into tears...Because it only confirmed something I realized and had ferociously started believing in after being told that my fiancee, the other half of my soul, had "died", and going through the process of his loss, and the absence that came with it. Realizing that absence was only in body, but not in mind. ...The feelings I've had with him, feelings I hope to re-experience again, perhaps in this life, perhaps in another who knows, I know I'm bound to him regardless now...And that I still carry in my heart, the light that he has with him, that I try to carry with me still as well...The warmth they evoke, the tears of joy they bring forward, the longing and need to be close to him, to someone and to be blissful for every moment given as a gift, that is spent together... Those, are what we are meant to experience, those are a huge part of what we come back to this plane for, again and again, despite the pain, the hurt, the suffering that comes with these mortal shells. This longing, this need to love, and be loved. TRULY loved. To feel it, know it, and spread it. (And it doesn't have to be romantic either, as you said. Unconditional love; Agape, crosses everything and is, in everything.)

I don’t want to encourage anybody to do drugs either but coming from philosophical background and having some acid experience I can say that this is 100% true. Also, us being love, isn’t just a metaphor, as it may sound. We are literally made of the substance that is God, and it feels like enormous love energy towards everything, as in Plato’s works.

I had that same thing happen when I reached 10 years of sobriety in September 2022! I thought it was going to be this AMAZING milestone but it wasn’t. I felt so lost and depressed wondering why I even chose sobriety in the first place. I found the books “I Am I Create” and “The Four Agreements” on audible which started me down this intense spiritual journey that is all falling into place like some divine puzzle. Amazing. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
This video was very refreshing and helped me go through a catharsis where I feel more in tune with what works for me and what doesn't, by bringing more clarity and honesty to situations in my life where there was once confusion and denial, and helping me accept letting go of certain toxic emotions to make new space for more love.

This is something that I needed. I’ve been changing the way that I see myself, and that has gone into action which has shown me a new version of life. It definitely takes an open mind to realize that life reflects the way that you feel. It’s as simple as that.
For me, I’ve always struggle with not believing that changing my mindset would work. I’ve read online that acknowledged when I’m overthinking could help and has helped immensely. Whenever I doubt myself, I just remind myself that I don’t need to overthink this or that I’ll come “back to it later”.
Good video. Just to add: you CAN be with another soul /aspect of Source forever. We have total free will where we come from and always STILL are. YOU may not choose to, but others can. Oh my days, 2nd video of Aaron’s today. So much sinking in! ❤ ok so quick edit…been doing healing and shadow work lately. I’ve really ramped it up lately to undo my conditioning so I can live life free from the programming. Anyhoo, it’s been a tad emotional lately. I woke up and just burst into tears this morning. Spent, done…not sure where to go next. Watched a video of Aaron’s this morning on letting go. Many aha moments from my healing journey. Then I come to this video. And my heart is just pumping out heart love vibes. So thank you Aaron, what a magical turnaround. I’ve been so lost lately trying to work out the meaning of life and my place in it, thinking I was a mistake and the world didn’t need me. And the meaning is…anything I give it and thank god the world doesn’t need me! 8 billion people needing me!! What an exhausting thought! I am free to create anything. I had that same thing happen when I reached 10 years of sobriety in September 2022! I thought it was going to be this AMAZING milestone but it wasn’t. I felt so lost and depressed wondering why I even chose sobriety in the first place. I found the books “I Am I Create” and “The Four Agreements” on audible which started me down this intense spiritual journey that is all falling into place like some divine puzzle. Amazing. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

For me, I’ve always struggle with not believing that changing my mindset would work. I’ve read online that acknowledged when I’m overthinking could help and has helped immensely. Whenever I doubt myself, I just remind myself that I don’t need to overthink this or that I’ll come “back to it later”.

Oh my days, 2nd video of Aaron’s today. So much sinking in! ❤ ok so quick edit…been doing healing and shadow work lately. I’ve really ramped it up lately to undo my conditioning so I can live life free from the programming. Anyhoo, it’s been a tad emotional lately. I woke up and just burst into tears this morning. Spent, done…not sure where to go next. Watched a video of Aaron’s this morning on letting go. Many aha moments from my healing journey. Then I come to this video. And my heart is just pumping out heart love vibes. So thank you Aaron, what a magical turnaround. I’ve been so lost lately trying to work out the meaning of life and my place in it, thinking I was a mistake and the world didn’t need me. And the meaning is…anything I give it and thank god the world doesn’t need me! 8 billion people needing me!! What an exhausting thought! I am free to create anything. Kind of brought all my reading and experiences of the last few years into perspective. ❤❤
