I think arle-yelan is better because you will never be able to collect furina's stacks and it will be at the same level as the damage bonus given by yelan, moreover, arlecchino is a character that cannot constantly trigger vaporize, so an off-field damage source would be better instead of constantly applying hydro.
Something to consider is that Arle here is talents 6, and her NA talent upgrade is a double upgrade compared to other characters NA talent cause her passive, so wait till she can get talents 10 and get her BiS set and she would still do even better than this 👀

I recommend you keep the attack sands, because her damage without vape is already good. Hu tao's damage without vape is very low which is why people run EM on her for Vaping.
Instructor set just to buff vapes doesn’t matter the geo dmg bonus you just want er% and hp% subtats. Obviously if you get a better goblet with good stats you’ll use that.
