Mando seasons 1-2: the healing has begun, book of boba fett: nope continue to make bad decisions, Kenobi: same as boba fett, mando 3: same thing as Boba fett and Kenobi, Ahsoka: same thing. The only good stuff is Mando seasons 1-2, the animated stuff, Andor (in my opinion, was a well acted, well shot show, but majority of it didn’t feel like Star Wars), and Rogue One. How does Kathleen Kennedy still have her job and what about other companies that could be woke, they probably change direction after losing money but Disney’s woke direction and Lucasfilms woke direction is crazy. The character assassination of Luke Was the biggest heart ache I ever felt in my life... I'll never respect Disney again. Not even if they tried their bestest. To me, Disney Star Wars does not exist. I will keep my fond memories of the originals, thank you very much.

Unironically, I think most fans would prefer "Jar Jar - A Star Wars Story."
If Plagueis was to return, they should’ve made him Snoke in the first place and run with that. Then have Palpatine revive himself for them to have an epic Sith showdown by the end of Episode IX. Or he would’ve been after Rey as an apprentice because he could sense her Palpatine lineage.

Remember Darth Maul? I believe the issue does not lie on whether Plagueis definitely died or not. It's how he said, probably production and the writers wouldn't handle it very well. Remember how Maul was literally CUT IN HALF?? yet they brought him back. And why did we accept it, and actually enjoyed it? Because they did a really good job making it make sense, and made an amazing work with the character. It's all about if they can make it work.

1. Have Dave & George work on a story
2. Hire someone who can make quality screenplay & a director without a left or right agenda.
3. Have bad ass some action scenes & romance that comes very naturally.
Dave is average or bad director so is Lucas. But Both of them should be hired for making story, and they should hire director of Andor to make it work on The screen

It's also with other franchises, one of the biggest franchises makes bangers for decades and is talked and liked by millions being even an important part of life and like real history. Then, after so much good, new single humans, which are flawed make a few mistakes, even if it are multiple ones over years, don't change ANYTHING. The lore, story and more will never change. One change of a director and writer can and will change everything and can get great in a second, that's how life is. Being lower now doesn't somehow make it worse forever, stop being so dramatic. You WILL in not even long see good star wars again and forget everything you thought and said and hype it up again. That's how moving on and humans are. Grow up.

I wish they could just turn the Darth Plageuis novel into two or three (two would be enough) movies as a pre-prequel series. I love that book.
Considering the novel is in three parts, it could make for a decent movie trilogy if done right. With the third act of the third movie taking place the same time as TPM.

I had an idea how they could potentially do all this and retcon the sequel trilogy. We know Asohka is trapped on the planet from the series. I would like to see Asohka learn of the Demise of Luke and the Jedi , whether vision, Bendu, we can figure that out. She decides to she cannot lose another Skywalker, decides to use the place Beyond to change history. She is able to go back, prior to Luke attempts to strike Kylo which kicks off the sequel trilogy. Have her stop that event to change the future but..... In doing this, all events change such as Rey and her path, get John Boyega to come back and Actually train Jedi, Luke Grogu, the temple is all intact but it could send Rey down a dark path learning her roots. It can get rid of Palp Clone or you could use a Palp clone like Heir to the Empire did. You could change the whole land scape moving forward but I think it is too much of a risk for Disney to try this. Maybe I am hopelessly optimistic about changing what has been done. Technically this is all set up to be a possibility

Not really. Star Wars is based on classic European and Japanese stories, where after all the hardships, good eventually wins (the light side). Balance in the Star Wars universe was brought when Anakin emerged from Vader and defeated Palpatine, destroying the Dark Side, with the light side triumphing. Not by bringing the jedi and the sith to some arbitrary equality of numbers xD
I really like Theory's asserting that things need to be moved outward, forward, and organically in the progression of the canon. It doesn't help favor genuine creativity to shoehorn disparate characters and storylines into a hermetic box.

I remember way back when TFA was released I was so hyped after watching it that I couldn't wait for the sequel. I had issues with TFA but all and all I felt it had a lot going for it and did a decent job at setting up the sequel trilogy version of ESB. I remember that there was a plot leak right around Carrie Fisher's passing and the drop of the first trailer for TLJ. The plot leaked that Snoke was Palpatine, and that Palpatine was Plagueis, as well as all Sith from Plagueis' time forward. Jumping from body to body whenever the apprentice was strong enough in the dark side to defeat the master, and also contain the spirit of Snoke/Palpatine/Plagueis. This was the plan for Darth Maul before his untimely death/defeat at the hands of Obi-Wan, Then Darth Vader, until his crippling injuries, (Also) sustained by Obi-Wan, then Luke until he chose not to destroy Vader and Vader then turning on Palpatine, and now Ben Solo was just the next link in the chain with Palpatine trapped in the body of some poor imperial fool whos body can not handle the corrupting influence of the dark side and is actively decaying and could really drop at any moment and we could see the process of the Essence Transfer Technique used on another poor Imperial/First Order SOB as Ben Solo wouldn't be strong enough yet with the dark side to accept the Sith spirit.
This would lead into why Luke went searching for the first Jedi Temple. Luke was searching for any information as to the origins of the Sith, a way to defeat the Sith once and for all, and to save Ben Solo In this "Leak" Ben Solo naturally struggled with the dark side from an early age due to subtle manipulations of the Sith from afar, unknown to Luke, Han, or Leia. The Solo's sent Ben to Luke, who believing the Sith were gone guided Ben down the path of the new Jedi Order. But Luke's new Jedi Order was different than the old Order from the Clone Wars. perhaps too different as it made Ben's far to the dark side that much easier. Now Luke is stuck in a hard place with no real way to save Ben Solo from the Sith. If Luke confronts and defeats the Sith nothing will be gained, costing Luke his only advantage, (The Sith being unaware the Luke knows the Sith secret to immortality.) or worse, the Sith takes Ben right then and there Forcing Luke to destroy Ben while also not being able to destroy the Sith since it would always be possible for another Essence Transfer to another host.
Rey was going to be Han and Leia's daughter who was kidnapped at the same time the Falcon was stolen. Ben would have blamed himself for this ordeal having used the force on her for some petty reason to fog her memories leading to his destructive pull towards the dark side. Luke after meeting Rey would find a small hope that there was a chance for Ben Solo still, that if anyone in the Galaxy who might bring him back into the light, it would be his long lost baby sister, now Luke would begin to train Rey closer to how the Jedi of old were trained. Not as close to the strict guidelines of the old Jedi Order, but not as loose as he was with Ben. Now Luke could really work at finding a way to destroy the Sith once and for all. Meanwhile Finn and Poe would be traveling to Coruscant to gather the remains of the New Republic to form a coordinate with the Resistance to fight the First Order only to be blocked politicly be Benicio Del Toro's character who would be a very influential senator also in the pocket of the Sith as half the galaxy is pro First Order, the other half longs to join the Resistance lead by former Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo former hero of the Rebel Alliance and now a well respected member of the Republic Senate. Leia would be the armchair General commanding troops alongside her old friends Admiral Ackbar, Wedge Antilles, Nien Nunb, as well as a number of new faces, taking the fight to the First Order. Buying as much time as they can for the galaxy to organize.
Not a perfect script but sure would have made for a damn better plot than the one we got in TLJ. I remember when J.J Abrams said that he wished he'd been the one to wright and direct Episode VIII because this was going to, "Blow people's minds." well it certainly did that and in perhaps the worst way.
The only thing I could think of for a Star Wars movie is a retcon that has Rey go through the world between worlds and prevent the downfall of Anakin Skywalker. And from there, with Palpatine defeated and the end of the Clone Wars, it could shift towards a new era with perhaps the Yuuzhan Vong as the villains and perhaps the Republic and Chiss Ascendancy are working together.
I really do not like the Vong.
Tenebrous would make sense to be Plagueis. In the end his spirit went into Plagueises body but he was never able to take control, like using the body of his dead a pprentice as a mech for his spirit. Terrifying but also interesting.
I don't believe Tenebrous employed essence transfer in an effort to stay alive

I've been thinking this in the back of my mind ever since the whole rumor that Plagueis would appear right at the tail end of *the Acolyte* series. I can really see Kathy Kennedy, Leslie Headland and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy ultimately teaming up and poaching "Darth Plagueis" and using him as the "BIG BAD" that resurfaces and Rey's absolutely perfect Jedi Master and her new Jedi Order have to face off against in her movie.
I think Rey will learn the ways of the ancient primitive Je'Dai that existed on Ach-to, and were a mix-match of darkside and lightside force sensitives, and she follows there ideals where the whole thing becomes this idea of "there is no Good or Bad"; remember what that guy was sayin on the Acolyte panel at the 2023 Celebration? this is Not what i want, but i think they might end up doing and just in pure Kathy Kennedy/Disney fashion, they ALWAYS have to recontextualize Everything regards George Lucas Starwars lore; and i can see them doing that.

the way things are going i can honestly see this turning into two sides. You'll have Bob Iger siding with Jon Favreau, because he trusts Favreau since he was the one who originally helped Kevin Feige over at Marvel, set up the whole MCU and Favreau's movies have made bank for Disney in the past. Iger is probably even sorry how he left Jon Favreau at the mercy of Kathy Kennedy and those who basically screwed around with everything he was trying to do in his *Mandoverse*; and by bringing Favreau back now, even pushing Favreau's MANDO & GROGU MOVIE up, infront of Kathy & Sharmeen's REY MOVIE, that's got to have rubbed Kathy the wrong way lol. It also shows Iger has the power to veto things.
And i can see Kennedy, Headland and Chinoy ALL teaming up and connecting their projects, Leslie's "Acolyte" show will connect to Obaid'Chinoy's Rey Movie through Plageuis or maybe even the "Prime Jedi", remember that mural of the Prime Jedi on Ach-to? A Individual perfectly balanced between the light and darksides of the force. I can see them making Rey achieve this, she's already can do everything now she is a Dyad and has those ancient texts to teach herself anything from. And they know they're gonna need some big, notable Villain for the Rey movie, so i can absolutely see Leslie Headland using Plageuis, and setting him up for hundreds of years further down the line, so that he will eventually return in Rey's movie. they know right now they will need something BIG to cause excitement in some Fans (mainly sequels fans) to draw attention to their movie. I wouldn't even be surprised if this is why Leslie Headland's Acolyte has been put back a fair bit.

the only way I could sort of see it working is through an item like Momen's mask. my impression was always that at the end Kylo actually not just healed but knocked up Rey, creating life via the Force, something the last Skywalkers were never able to do, hence the "rise" (as the last Skywalker turning jedi and embracing an otherwise dark side considered power). not that I would think for a moment that disney would think this far ahead...

I think what has happened with Disney Star Wars, they are trying to introduce and bring in a whole new generation of fans and create a new legacy like the one that started with George Lucas's since the 80s. They don't seem to mind that the "old" star wars fans don't want all these new changes and different directions they are taking, problem is all they had to do was stick to the Star Wars formula, why fix something that isn't broken and it too would have gotten a whole generation into it, something parents can also share and enjoy with their kids and families as there is common generational ground

Probably the first Star Wars movie I'll not go watch in the cinema. A shame, but they drove it to this.
You would not believe this, when I was younger me and my friend used to play Star Wars post sequels, and our “plot” so to speak, was a combination of those two scripts! When I watched this video I thought Disney had read my mind and put that in their scripts!
A large portion of Star Wars fans don't consider the Rey movies as actual Star Wars and therefore will be skipping out on this movie.
