I’m not that keen on eating dark chocolate so once I used milk chocolate to bake with because I preferred the taste. Big mistake. It was far too sweet. So I really like the strong, less sweet taste of dark chocolate in recipes because of how everything balances out with the rest of the ingredients. And I *cannot wait* to try this version of brownies 😍

Yes, the cooling (and setting in the fridge) process is important as it finishes off the baking for the perfect brownie 🙂
