I'm fortunate to be a member at the same range as this young man. As a new shooter to handgun/s and thanks to Arthur I've learned a lot and continue to absorb a lot of his good advice. And... at times he'll let me 'test drive' his jawns.👍
It seriously is important to shoot all your handguns the fact is if you take a significant amount of time away from a weapons platform it can impact your grip and that can be a problem when trying to get back into that particular weapon system. Long story short my company has Glock 17/19s for the last 9yrs was shooting Glock so regularly when I took out my 1911 to shoot I had a real hard time on hand placement especially thumb over thumb I was engaging safety anyway yes speed training is a must.
