I just heard back from them with this response: "Unfortunately with our rescue boxes per our policy they are final sale and it is a mixture of items that are secondhand but could be damaged, stained or have problems. But I also, understand it can be a little frustrating so I can give you a code for 20% off for your next order. Just to make up for the inconvenience." The code expires a year from today.
Great video! I loved that you put your total profit at the beginning! With store prices increasing I’ve been getting more of these boxes! How many would you say you buy a month?
Thank you so much ! I hope it helped! I usually get at least 2 boxes per month because I don't usually have great luck finding shoes at the bins and they're overpriced at most thrift stores. I love selling shoes, so I will usually buy another box every couple of weeks unless there's a sale.
Those interesting novelty heels are supposed to be really on trend. I was doing some research on spring trends and novelty heels came up in like 3 or 4 videos. I'd never even seen anything like that until I started researching spring trends. Bummer they were 2 different sizes lol
I would definitely contact TU regarding the Raye shoes because 2 left shoes plus 2 different sizes isn’t really a pair. They need to credit you for those.

@@duchessanddiamonds what a lame response they gave, lol! We’re not talking about a shirt with a stain on it, TU! So will you accept the code for 20% off? Can you use it on anything? Even rescue boxes? Sometimes different agents will be more helpful or respond differently. But nonetheless, none of this surprises me from TU anymore, Julie 😂
@naznow Oh man, I didn't ask if it counted on rescue boxes. I doubt it will though because you can never use codes on rescue boxes. But I always source from there and I figured 20% could be more than $5, so I accepted it. I've had this happen once before where I was missing 2 pairs and they credited me whatever that came out to. I guess one pair with two different sizes doesn't matter as much? Who knows...😂
Nice box! I just looked those Charix on ebay and learned a great new brand! Very high sell thru rate and they sell for over $50+ preowned! That's for sharing! Bummer on the mismatched shoes! Never heard of that brand either so definitely learned something new! Hope Threadup gives you a refund for those! 🤗
I would list the mix matched shoes in 2 separate listings. Amputee need shoes too:)
OMG I didn't even think of that!!!
Great box! I received mismatched shoes in a box and they refunded me so I would suggest reaching out to them. Happy sales!
Thanks for the tip! I'm going to reach out today.

@@duchessanddiamonds How funny you got a different response but 20% is probably a better deal than $5!
@@untamedthread haha that's what I was thinking! And we ALL know that I'm going to be ordering more, so I'll take it!

That was a great Box.
I was so shocked! The next 2 I got were amazing too. I’ll be posting the unboxings soon!!
Charix is a pretty good brand! I would say between $80-$100 pre-owned🤗
I was so excited to see that! And these are in such great condition! Super happy with this box!! Thank you for watching!

I was thinking about it, but now that you said that I’m definitely going to. Thank you!!
@@duchessanddiamonds I think it’s fair. Let us know how it goes. May only be a small credit but they should offer something. Good luck.
