  • Day 2 at Drummond Island beat us down. In Part 2 we attempt to tackle the Tight Twisties trail and the Walker Trail. It was certainly an adventure. These trails were WET and muddy as all hell after a night of rain during the wet Spring season. Oh and we DROVE THROUGH A POND! We found a cool abandoned cabin and helped someone on the trail get out of a jam.

    Drummond actually does dry out in the summer, there are still holes, but nothing like early spring. We go up a couple of times every year.

    We stole the door off that 😂. Crazy thing was we found the door but not near that jeep. It was odd.

    You were up there in spring right after snow melt. Alot of those trails are most likely way less flooded mid summer if wet at all

    • @DarksideOffRoad
      @DarksideOffRoad  Год назад +1

      Yeah. It also rained all night the night before. But in most spots it made it way more fun, in others, it stopped us in our tracks 😅

      @DarksideOffRoad my grandpa lives farther north by lake superior and he can have snow on the ground till june some years. It definitely gets wet in the spring. The island is definitely a place i want to check out soon
