@DGR Carl showed off the Uno Mas level dealing with the spike tops flying away to victory, which is what you got hit by. I absolutely LOVE that bit of janky tech.
As for how this level is created, I suspect it's a large combination of the Uno Mas series of levels - which showcase weird behaviour in MM. Somebody was just waiting to turn all of this into a troll level - and Stevo was evidently the first to do so. I particularly remember the broken Thwomps from an Uno Mas level, and am sure if you go looking you'll find the supersonic spiny, zooming launchers, and other general weird behaviour. Cool stuff DGR, nice to see you having fun again after the terrible fate that is Endless Super Expert & 0.00% Clear Rate...

On Field Of Stupid 2 there was an easier way to end the level. When you're behind the level ending thingy, ignite take the Bob-Omb, place it next to the stone blocks, wait for it to explode, walk under the end tape, and then end the level.
That was one of the wildest levels I've ever seen really enjoyed it idk how these troll creators do some of this shit like that spiny cannon that shot up like a rocket was absolutely insane
