Just installed the Duraclutch on my 2018 Ranger xp1000 NBS and what a difference! So much smoother and controllable at low speed. I used to hate starting out because of the hard clunk I would get at every start or gear changing from reverse to Lo or High. No more shift leaver sticking either. Best upgrade I’ve done. All I can say is do it!
Thank you for the instruction on the clutch puller and the use of the impact wrench. Without those two, I would have never been able to get the primary clutch off my 2017 XP1000 Ranger. Even with the use of my air impact wrench, it still took several tries to get it off, and I was beginning to wonder if it was going to come off at all. I was much relieved when it finally broke loose. Thanks again for the good advice.
OK, this is a really stupid question. I already purchased your belt for my 2016 RZR 900s and am looking to upgrade to your Duraclutch, do I need to upgrade my secondary as well as my primary or can I just upgrade my primary? TYVm in advance

I have a 2016 xp4-1000 with 3000 miles on it. In the last trip I noticed it’s starting to squeal at low speeds. I think I’m gonna redo the clutch but don’t know enough about them. Would you recommend this set up still or is there something better
Because it doesn't, only in rare cases does a XP 1000 RZR have to have it done for false misfires, and it is free of charge if within 100 miles of install. So rare no need in mentioning.

only comes one way with a secondary adn it is not only different but better secondary
will this clutch benefit a ranger for mostly mudding and going back and forth to the duck blind in rice fields?
I have one and that is exactly what I do with my own Ranger
also what is the problem / solution if in idle my ranger is slighty moving foward seeming to be engaged...?

Depends on your needs, visit our site at www.hunterworks.com there are articles there and you can call me too. Todd
Anybody try using a stock belt with the dura clutch? They look so similar
Yes they have and it didn't go well. The duraclutch belt is a custom dimension, only use it
Dave Schrack why don`t you tell people that after the duraclutch install your ECM will need recalibrated
Because it doesn't, only in rare cases does a XP 1000 RZR have to have it done for false misfires, and it is free of charge if within 100 miles of install. So rare no need in mentioning.
Also, when this video was made back in 2017 that was not even known about
Are you satisfied with the Duraclutch for the 1000 motor? Do you need to change weights for taller tires or does the new clutch work as it comes?
On the duraclutch we don't change the weights for tires. Read through the tech info on our site
Todd
Just read your articles... Also, You don't list a model for the S1000, and Duraclutch does not have any 1000 models listed on their website yet...
Not the S, will be a while. We used to do weights on tire size but not any longer. Too long a reason to put here.
