i really enjoyed the demo of the dura clutch install i know after last weeks rock crawl and very hot belt this dura clutch is for me now i got to find out who has the best price thankyou
Chris Batts I love it, has made a world of difference out there on the trails. Gives the machine a whole different feel, like it now has a 2 speed automatic that shifts around 4500rpm
Sorry for not getting back to you, but I actually do not know. The ratios I would imagine are the same, it's just that the clutch keeps the belt in the bottom of the primary until you get up to around 4-5k rpm. So it's like having a granny low first gear.
Jammin we'll be at windrock next week trying it out, along with all the other new stuff. there will be plenty of footage of it in action in those vids :)
I did, until the damn rzr went up in flames a little over 3 weeks ago. I've already ordered this clutch for the new machine that isn't even here yet, if that tells you anything lol
Sorry for the super late reply, but I don't, it caught fire. But the duraclutch was the greatest invention since the tire! I have one in my rock crawling General now...
This is a little off topic, but i see you have a PVC 90 degree off your CVT exhaust. I have he stock version and it keeps getting water in my CVT area. My question to you is does that little 90 degree bend help with keeping water out?
Josh Conner - Gotcha. Nearly all the kits out there raise the engagement rpm, trying to make it "launch" into motion, like a high rpm torque converter in an auto. I wanted the opposite, to crawl. This did just that, and even then some. It's like having a 2 speed automatic with a low first gear. At higher rpm, it "shifts" and you take off like normal
Well done !!!
Thanks! Sorry for just now getting back to you!

Oh man, she's really going to climb nice now. Look forward to the trail review.
eh TV thanks, yeah it's like a whole different machine now
Hi
What are the low and high ratios for this CVT?

Great video.
Thanks!
Enjoy your videos. Thanks for taking the time. Hope to see a review in the future about how this clutch has been working out.

U still have this setup

do you still have this SXS? if so hows the duraclutch holding up

Looks like an awesome set up. I'm going to have to do a title research now.
After having spent 3 days at WR with it, I'm in love. It's exactly what I wanted for this type of riding.
Great video I just subscribed to your site

It does when it's connected to all the other stuff that goes with it haha =) ruclips.net/video/GHoAg32bg_o/видео.html
Can you use the original size Polaris belt with this clutch?
itsquick2 - no, if I understand correctly the belt actually fits the ranger
Did you have clutch kit in the factory setup?
Josh Conner - No, no-one made a kit that tuned it the way I wanted, and while looking for them I found this, way better that a kit for my needs
RZR's Edge In Motion was curious. I just got a stm secondary to pair with a stock primary with clutch kit on my 2015 900s.

That is what I'm looking at is to crawl and not smoke the belt
Get a impact
