Jasmine's design joins modernity and coziness in a very lively way, creating a space that feels both contemporary and welcoming. I just love it!!❤❤❤❤❤
Love the thought that went into her home (and I love her shows!) I’ve always thought “she seems like someone I could hang out with or work on a project with” and seeing her talk about the special details just confirmed it 😊
I do love the vintage kitchen sink!
This house is so "easy living "! I love the different areas to hang out in❤
She is so fun, sweet and has a fantastic personality 😊
Enjoyed seeing her beautiful home and the practicality aspect 🙌🙌🙌 so fun to watch!!!
I like how she says the bedroom is all about "calm, chill, relax" as if that's not the exact same color pattern of the rest of the house. It's a little monochromatic or two tone throughout, but I like the occasional unexpected, cool items or touches, like the vintage hot tub, water fountain, or making a flat wall look like an insert.
Love this home! It’s less about flash and more about thoughtfulness, togetherness and fun.
I love Jasmine Roth!
WHAT?!! Moving to Utah? After adding all those tv's? My favorite is the picture ledge wall. I'm definitely copying that. Thanks for sharing.
How beautifully she utilise each corner of her home ❤️
Such a beautiful and FUN home! Love!💛
I loooovvvvvveeeee Jasmine Roth!!! Her home beautiful but I wouldn't expect anything different ... Thanks for sharing, Jasmine.
The water fountain outside is so cool. Love it!
Even though I live in a 1926 older home, I like many things about this home. Jasmine has intentionally made it feel warm with her choices of materials and design. A couple things are my favorites, that black kitchen factory type window (even if it did not open) and many of the light fixtures, those kitchen pendents and her "old school light" choices. I had a sink like that in a
home, though it was smaller. Glad she stuck to her choices. And a note about the photo ledge, personally I think these things make a home. I have heard realtors say before selling remove personal photos, I don't agree, families buy homes.
I like the open plan along with the dining area. The layout works well.
The whole house is brown and beige. She is even in brown and beige. Maybe a bit of gray thrown in but still…. Whatever makes her happy.
Love the winecork stools 😍 and the open airy spaces w/ windows that allow ocean breezes to flow through the home.
Good work Jasmine! Thoughtfully designed home, comfy and perfect for a growing family!
Love the hidden doorway/shelf.
This is beautiful love. the neutral colors and I didn’t even know she was pregnant until she turned around to the side when she opened the door. She looks radiant.😃🤎😃
Hey Jazz, what a wonderful, carefree , cool, HB Cali home you have designed for you and your family. I love all your home designs being from the O.C myself. Congratulations on your new Bambina and God bless.🤩🦄
Beautiful home. Jasmine is my favorite HGTV person.
Awesome. Congrats. And, yes, Canada🇨🇦hot tubs rock!
Jazmine love your show and love your house and your home. God bless you and your family.
Stunning!! Gorgeous! LOVE your design and decor.
Congratulations on your new addition to the family as well your choice to relocate. Unfortunately Cali is not the same, between the weather and culture, y’all are better off. 🎉🎈🍾🎊
Oh please. Weather is perfect and beach culture where she lives is great.
Love the bonus room!
I love what you did with your island 👏👏👏
I love the concrete-look porcelain tiles she has in her home. I would love to know where those are from.
Its the perfect AirBnB
Me ancanta su estilo, saludos desde ixtapaluca México
Blessings to you when you have your baby. 🙏
16:44 also know as “Retro”.
Hope the leaves on the plants along one side of the pool don't shed.
Was thinking the same thing. I can only imagine how many leaves end up in the pool.
Cool video
How do u remove products off screen???
U referenced Jimmy Buffett 🐸🐸🐸
Love the fake built-in.
🤣 me tooo🤣
🥱
The hedges need trimming.
There is so missing in this home.
That house will be worth $2M+
Nope, try $6M+. HB by the beach is $$$$.
@@ellemartin7598 That would be on the ocean, which this isn’t. I have friends with homes 1 block from the ocean. Not $6M.
@@jamesdellaneve9005I hear ya! I was speaking to the sale price. I chop it up to sq footage and upgrades on top of location. It’s still within blocks of PCH.
@@ellemartin7598 I’ve got a friend with a nice mid century modern rebuild 1 block from the ocean in Seal Beach. It’s not one of those jumbled neighborhoods. It’s worth around $3M.
Its very plain.
Nothing special, nothing that wows. It looks like every basic instagram home.
Nice house, but too beige and brown and to clean such a big house😂
What is she suppose to live in filth🤣 and neutral. The hot trend right now. Go homes and Apartments.
I like her but this house is very boring and plain.
over whelming home , am not a fan of that but it's a beautiful , sorry
I will never understand why people would build a new house in the middle of old homes! It just looks so stupid when you see them in an old neighborhood! Why not just buy some open land and build! Just my opinion!
Huntington Beach is a very nice community near the Pacific Ocean. She had to buy an old home and knock it down. There are no lots in Orange County or LA county (who wants to live in LA County). Maybe there are some lots in South Orange County near San Diego. I am assuming that it was a wreck of a house or the owners of an older home sold off some land, which is very rare in HB. The lots were always small there. Six years ago, I built a house on a lot 45 miles north of her. My little town of 70,000 has no lots left now. My lot is 1/3 acre, which is considered big. Most are 1/4 acre.
