And it's so easy to make tasty vegan burgers! Not gourmet every time, but tasty.
@@gazoakleychef right because it was filled with chicken fat. Tiny as it was you got a gut full of grease that was all animal fluids because they cook everything in the same pot. They don't have a special place to cook any of the so-called plant-based Foods in these restaurants. So every chicken piece was cooked in that grease, they even further bacon in the grease to make it crispier cuz it's it's around. Anything fried was in it. I know that they say it's still vegan to eat that way but to me, I just do not want animal fat or any bodily fluids on my food! My poor mom would be trying to cook when I was a kid for the family and I was the only one who didn't eat animals. She'd start to stir my potatoes with the one that she just had in the meat pan or the egg pan and I just shake my head no thanks. It breaks my heart to think of my mother now that she's gone but no animals for me in any way. Gross
I just made this and let me tell you: Incredibile!! Can't stop eating it. You've outdone yourself with this recipe. Big congrats to you and your team. Forever thankful for this. 🙏

Production quality is on point! Crazy timing too as I've just this week been trying to recreate KFC fried chicken, and been using the stock involved to make the gravy too.

This recipe is FIRE!. I can imagine how all the nooks and crannies of the mushroom increase flavor and crunchiness. With a few simple alterations it could be gluten free as well. Good job Gaz. You’ve done it again.

I've noticed that some Europeans refer to any meat that's between two buns as burgers. Whereas here in America a burger is specifically made with ground beef. All others are just called sandwiches, i.e. chicken sandwich. At the end of the day, they all go down the same though. 😊

Love this series! But, but honestly I love all your videos, because the production quality is so stellar, your home & garden is beautiful, and all the food you make looks delicious! I think you need to challenge Chipotle! I do not enjoy their sofritas, not enough depth of flavor & they make me sick😅 I would love to see you remake those with a more interesting texture and flavor combination! Or even a vegan version of some of their other proteins?

This looks amazing! Great that it can be baked too. Worth noting that corn flakes sometimes have animals derived ingredients, I think Kelloggs does - it's the vitamin D they use I think, I think it may be derived from wool, called lanolin.
