Steve wrote this back in the bad old days, which I remember well, he made an amazing turn around which saved his life and thank God we still enjoy his songs and music today.
Thanks my old friend you're still my favorite.

Steve Earle has to be my favourite living artist, such a good writer and his guitar playing is always on point.

Pro trick: watch movies on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.

Ive seen him live 6 times. Great music, but his favorite sound is his own voice. He just goes on, and on, and on, and on…..

his wife who inspired this album, left him and thier autistic son for a younger, skinnier, less talented singer songwriter.
    heartless witch of a woman.
God Bless Steve Earle and John Henry Earle.

South Nashville Blues was written 10 years before he married Allison, and they share custody. She did not abandon their son. I would be willing to bet they are both hard to live with. He IS more talented by a long shot, though.

@@whitecloud_94 I know what you meant, and you are still wrong. South Nashville Blues was on I Feel Alright, not WSS. (He does play a snippet of Tennessee Blues at the beginning, which was on WSS, but the video is about South Nashville Blues.)
