tbh, the way I do is very different :p I actually use ibis paint, picsart and youcut as is easier for me XD but now I'm stuck as I not sure how to make if is two person singing then the rest don't (sorry if you don't understand :p)
Maybe it's to short, the app has a minimum amount of time a picture can last if you want to split it. So make sure the amount of time the picture is placed isn't too short or the playhead isn't too close to any of the ends. If the playhead is to close to and end, it won't let you trim.
