Austrian arms trade laws made it legally difficult for them to ship to the US. Clawgear has worked out a deal with Steyr and Steyr USA is now distributing these in the US.
Interesting. Can you mount a VFG on it? ;) It's funny because you removed the VFG that comes with it and I asked if you could mount one on the handguard.
i want this specifically to put a VFG on it because the factory VFG on the AUG is garbage, it's an uncomfortable VFG, it's an uncomfortable handguard when folded, there's nothing redeeming about the front end of an aug
Will 5his work with the corvus defensio foward assist rail? The one under the barrel that takes place of the handgaurd so u can put your own n it? Just want to make sure before i buy it.
Not inexpensive either. A Swiss franc is about equivalent to a USD at this time. So, the handguard is approximate US $275, (CHF 269.90 including VAT) and that's just for the guard, which does not include the cover plate shown in the video.
When you take off the barrel off of the gun, you can clean the piston and the gas regulator. Of course if you have the shield installed, you can't adjust the plug normal way which is obvious I hope
I think it should be, since it is locking into a hole of the vertical grip. If the locking piece on the airsoft AUG is the same dimensions it should work
You can take out the barrel with this front installed, since it's mounted onto a piece of a gasblock, which comes off together with the barrel. Also, you don't need the shield if you find yourself changing the gas settings often for some reason
How do you do a barrel change? How do you access the gas block? What temperature does this get to so close to the muzzle? Having a grip in the front is critical over just having a Gucci Gun or somewhere comfy for you to C-Grip! Buy a different gun if you don’t like the design!!!
People in some states just can't get anything with a vertical grip, so this is one of the ways to obtain an AUG in a usable state. With this you can have angled grip and not burn your fingers with the barrel. Also you don't really need to cover the gas valve with some angled grips too
love the way this handguard looks with an angled foregrip, silencer, and silencer wrap.
Thanks to you, I just installed a Corvus defense bar instead of the front handle.
No shipping to the largest civilian firearms market in the world? Sounds like a good business decision to me...

What do I have to do in order to get this shipped to the USA. There's nothing else like it online!
I assume you cant remove the barrel without taking off the handguard?
Anyone know the answer?
I have one. Yes you can easily remove the barrel, it doesn't interfere with that at all
@@sadlizzard1 please sell it to me
Did u put the gas plug back? And if so, how do you adjust it since it is inaccessable and how do u remove the barrel?
take it off......
Can you remove barrel with that thing attached to the riffle?
Interesting.

I don't see how it doesn't block the gas parts? It looks like it covers the 2 holes
It does but it doesnt change the operation of the gun. Gases will vent out and will either go off to the sides or just be blocked by the plate
Good idea, on paper anyways. Looks like it would be even more of a pain in the ass to get the gas regulator and piston out for cleaning now.

It looks like the "AUG HEATSHIELD M-LOK" is on their web site.
Passt das auch auf Airsoftwaffen?
PRETTY 😍
Outstanding, love M-Lock.
🔑 Keymod is dead
since begining :D
Nobody with 2 brain cells to rub together likes Dickmod
is this compatible with airsoft aug?
I think it should be, since it is locking into a hole of the vertical grip. If the locking piece on the airsoft AUG is the same dimensions it should work
Two problems: 1. cannot take down barrel; 2. cannot adjust gas valve fast.
Why would you need to do either
@@betweenthebennyandme As someone who served using this rifle, yes you need to do both if you start getting stoppages

Shooting a factory Aug off of barriers is very difficult without a hand guard
wtf is up with that scope?
thats the stock optic
