More videos to come on this truck, the camera is point a bit high for my liking. I will address this next POV drive video. Thank you!

Do you feel just a bit more 'special' while driving in a truck? I know that I did when I had one. I felt safer, more relaxed, with a bit of swagger thrown in for good measure. I also feel that the 8-speed transmission is overkill, unnecessary, and unreliable. They should have used a stout 4-speed with a 5th gear overdrive. That trans is not going to stand the test of time and repairing it is going to cost a fortune. It sounds great though. As if it were the 5.7-liter motor? What is the price?

You definitely feel more in control because you are able to see over most vehicles. The MSRP was $58,000 and the 5.3l engine definitely provides enough power for normal use. The automobile manufacturers are looking for maximum gas milage and performance thus sacrificing reliability and maintenance costs.

Fell asleep... I bought the RST/Z71. Love it. It does not like sudden potholes. The ass end kicks out sometimes. Maybe due to stiff shocks.

The solid rear axle is to blame most likely, I noticed that on this truck aswell.

Does it have the 5.3 or the 6.2?
