    "To what degree does your product satisfy the market need?"

    • @gauravkaramchandani9354
      @gauravkaramchandani9354 5 лет назад +3

      Ask some of your users that "What if u no longer can use this product" , if 65% of people will be annoyed then your product is market fit

    You have a new permanent follower and user. You don't hear advice like this online. It's generally ask inspirational and not enough substance. I know you're sharing your product with us as well, but it's not in a way that disgenuine. Thank you

    It is true that a product-market fit is important but deep down I believe it somewhere falls in the principles of JTBD - Jobs to be done. Basically, anything that the user considers a job and it needs to be done. Which product is going to get it done for them and with how much effectiveness. A product needs to first be able to do that job which the user currently has a hard time doing. Great channel by the way, even I have recently started sharing my viewpoints and thoughts around product management in my channel. Would be great to keep in touch.
    Cheers

    Very helpful and thorough information.. I am trying to apply this to my own pre-startup .. an invention I designed and fabricated. Not quite the same product line scenario but the approach seems like it is useful.
    Thanks for sharing your story and formula!! I am going to try and make it happen.

      Anish Wijesinghe most of these videos I wrote from my own experience managing Slidebean.
      This script in particular was written by one of my confounders- but the overall idea is the same: sharing our own experience.

    Is it worth it to bring in a PM for a MVP if you suck at it? Not for hire but as a contractor?

    This was great, I have been researching "what are the five major project fundamentals?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Biycarlett Astounded Builder - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my colleague got amazing success with it.
