It is true that a product-market fit is important but deep down I believe it somewhere falls in the principles of JTBD - Jobs to be done. Basically, anything that the user considers a job and it needs to be done. Which product is going to get it done for them and with how much effectiveness. A product needs to first be able to do that job which the user currently has a hard time doing. Great channel by the way, even I have recently started sharing my viewpoints and thoughts around product management in my channel. Would be great to keep in touch. Cheers Amyth

This was great, I have been researching "what are the five major project fundamentals?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Biycarlett Astounded Builder - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my colleague got amazing success with it.
