"I was listening to this one Charlie Pride record a bunch and the radio was full of sad stories about covid deaths so it was my attempt at a wholesome touchy feely song like he would sing. It's also the only song I've written on electric guitar. I didn't plan it this way exactly but its fitting that we filmed in a cemetery because the song's character is a ghost-wife talking to her husband when he visits her...Poor ghost. I first met Sarah years ago, in the back of a shotgun down in New Orleans, when I was invited over by our buddy Kyle to come play some old time tunes!
