The news broke yesterday on Shannon’s Instagram and a few news articles came out! All super recent news and the movie is in early stages of development right now!
ITS SO EXCITING!!
But would you rather be incorporated with Disney (like it was before), or Warner Bros? Personally, I vote Warner Bros because it might sooner or later be apart of UNIVERSAL.

Yeah I think I am team Warner Bros due to their massive success in adapting books to movies such as a Harry Potter or maze runner! Also something Joey said in the video in which Disney can tend to take the more kid/pg route where as Warner Bros can make this more young adult! Love that Warner Bros is doing it now :)

I’m reading the books over again for the second time and I’m on Nightfall. I’m so excited how they’re going to incorporate Sophie’s mind when she reads other peoples minds and what she thinks, because that’s a huge part of the series. Just so excited also about how they’re going to display all of the different abilities. Freaking out about this and so excited. ❤

I’ll be honest, idk if this book series can be made into a movie series. I mean, keeping the same actors for 10 movies? Ten years? Kind of unlikely. Who knows if kotlc will even be relevant by then. Additionally, if it is made into a movie series, I hope they don’t try to cram 3 books worth of story into a single movie or something like that. Might be more realistic to just do a single movie. I’m just hoping whatever they do turns out good.
