    I'm not from Zimbabwe but i agree with a Zim guy.My uncle was one of the powerful general during Mugabe goverment.I used to see that alot in Zimbabwe.If you lead any organisation against the Zimbabwean government You'll disappear without a trace.Zimbabwean government doesn't respect any international laws.They use military to kill its own citizens.The other big problem of Zimbabwe was our own ANC.ANC always give 💯 support to Zanu pf.2008 Zanu pf was finished.But ANC provide Zanu pf with the necessary resources to continue with their brutality leadership.Why is our ANC is the major problem in a Zimbabwean brutal leadership.When Mugabe remove whites from Zimbabwe.He give most of powerful leaders in the ANC mines and farms for free.Those mines and farms wasn't for free but Zanu pf knew that ANC will represent them at the international level.And ANC will not want to see Zanu pf falling apart because of their huge investments

      @user-fy4pw9sr4i talk is cheap, and money buys the wiskey. How do you think they can fight? Zim chucked successful farmers off their farms who were feeding the people just because they were white. Zim people have had these farms for years and nothing but nothing is growing or being done. How and who is going to get rid of Zano PF if they kill there own people when they try and their elections are rigged. It's a very sick joke, and my heart goes out to the normal people of Zim.

    I think our biggest problem as Zimbabweans is we believe that SADC can actually change the situation in Zimbabwe..the answer is NO! SADC does not have a mandate to undermine the Zimbabwean government because first and foremost that would simply be interfering in the sovereignty of that country. There is also the danger that SADC by trying to interfere with Zimbabwe might necessitate the country to leave SADC. The Zimbabwean situation requires diplomacy and a lot depends on whether the current government accepts such. No single member of SADC has the power to shift the venue or even deny the country the Chairmanship which rightfully now belongs to ZXimbabwe.Only Zimbabweans can change the situation if they so desire and to burden other nations with that responsibility is the height of naivety. We must also remember that there are other Zimbabweans who support ZANU and the young man in this interview is devoid of political understanding and is simply venting his frustrations like many others.
    Zimbabwe does not have an authentic opposition party and I maintain all the factions that emanated from MDC are totally out of touch with reality and lack the wisdom to stand up to ZANU..

    • @garethbarry3825
      @garethbarry3825 2 месяца назад +2

      Very eloquently put. I completely agree that looking to SADC nations to solve Zimbabwe's problems regarding Zanu is like searching for a pot of gold behind a rainbow.
      I think, as i think many others in South Africa do, that if the majority of Zimbabweans truly want freedom from Zanu, this is going to have to be fought for by Zimbabweans.
      To add to the naviety you speak of- i personally think that looking for political change by democratic means, when Zanu controls all the State apparatus, is absolutely absurd. I truly think it is time to take a lesson from Mandela regarding an oppressive government that does not play by the rules of democracy.....
      I would say that many South Africans i have spoken to express that they would have more sympathy for Zimbabweans in SA if they saw Zimbabweans willing to truly fight against Zanu- which is difficult for me to hear as i am aware of how peaceable Zimbabwean people are.
      I say this as a man who has never had to face war, or being shot at by my own government, so it is not lost on me that this is a very, very tough ask. I can only say that if i were ever in the same position, where the future of my children is at stake, that i would find the inner strength to do what is necessary.
      My heart bleeds for Zimbabweans, with no good options, and even fewer easy ones.

      In other words you saying the organization is just a boys club as it been said by other sources. What do you mean by "interfering" when a member is apparently violating the constitution they all agreed and signed to adhere to as an organization. Zimbabwe as we speak is already a burden and threat to the region. As your words that this "young man is devoid of political understanding" I am also failing to understand the political motive behind giving chairmanship to a disputed member. At this time it is Zimbabwe that needs this organization more than anyone else, hence I don't see them trying to leave it.

    this is a lot of rubbish we have a young guy willing to sing anything for money. The rest of us have to get our country tarnished and bare the burden and shame of such people that act like this is the everyday ZIM. l can't say there are no isolated issues but the ordinary Zimbabwean does not experience this, it's exaggerated.

    Zimbabweans must stop being cowards, why can’t they learn from Libyans who were caught engaging in a suspected military training. Those guys are preparing to go fight back at home while ex Zimbabwean soldiers are driving taxis in SA and some using their military skills to terrorise South Africans. ZANU PF had demonstrated that they want war, I don’t understand why would someone be so oppressed and not think of taking up arms and fight

    Well the first problem with Zimbabwe is tribal divisions. The Shona need Ndebele people because they need numbers to revolt yet they hate the Ndebeles with a passion. One way or another I don't see a revolution of one people succeeding. In fact, two different revolutions are necessary. One that takes away Zanu and one that breaks the country into two simultaneous. Then the free Shona land will continue with self-governance whilst the Ndebeles begin their journey

      Many positive stuff happens in Zim, SA is quick to report any negative news. I am beginning to realize that SA is a strong enemy of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwean people. Just look at how they burn Zimbabweans alive even for petty crimes committed. It’s bad, I don’t recommend any Zimbabwean to travel to that country.
      We should close that border and stop any country going in that direction to SA. We can sabotage any business or car going in that direction, they have been sabotaging and blackmailing Zimbabweans for very long time and we say it’s gonna stop this year
