i enjoyed this dlc a lot, i just wish they didn’t inflate the health of all the bosses. back in the day they use to give the hardest boss fights the most health (sarelgaz, baj’namen the hateful, bran the beheaded, etc) but they just give all this hp to some mid bosses (blackbeard, spector, macaque). just wish instead, they made the boss fights more unique and fast paced.

From the encyclopedia information, all I've gathered that the enemies having: annoying gimmicks, overly-inflated health and damage and is heavily anti-barracks. This DLC from first impression, is dogwater.
Then don't play it, people wanted difficult and challenging levels and are loving the dlc because of that, it's okay if difficulty isn't your thing you can go and play something else.. but that doesn't mean the dlc is "bad" simply bcz it doesn't meet *your* expectations.
Personally I think the new content is pretty cool however that rushing monkey is not awesome possum. Just pure evil.

Sarelgaz was the most mid boss💀. He was just tanky

it was pretty fun on Normal but i cannot imagine the hell on veteran/impossible
