VDL Technics automates its production with three TruLaser Centers 7030. The innovative full-service laser machine handles the entire machining process, from loading the raw material to the finished component, almost autonomously.

The three from the nightshift:
VDL Technics works in three shifts. However, employees are only there during the day. At night and on public holidays, machines take over - including three TruLaser Center 7030 from TRUMPF. They complete the entire machining process, from loading the raw material to the sorted part, almost independently. The three TruLaser Center 7030 full-service laser machines are connected to a STOPA high bay storage rack, as are another laser system and a bending machine from TRUMPF.
