However Goldriver (game director) had stated that will make changes for front/back attackers aswell as them revamping classes especially the older ones, Deadeye is a very old class in the game and has always been left aside by smilegate, so most likely we will see some great changes for the class, but me rooting for that is biased since i main deadeye. I think it 100% deserves some huge changes to match it female counterpart. :)
Holy shit man so smooth. I managed to kill it in 6min 26 seconds yesterday with my Surge Deathblade 1385ilevel 3-3-2-2 engravings. I am really happy to see other players who are good in their respective class to record videos and upload it. It really shows the true potential of each and every different class.
I knew I had to keep playing swiftness. I did swap swiftness to spe, but I regret it... If I've the opportunity to change my necklace I'll, otherwise I'll wait next gear..
Fun cheese btw use the other awakening and get a mob between you and the boss. If velganos doesn’t get the twighlight buff and you crit easy 20-30m dmg.

Tho Sorc deals huge burst whatever you build which is a better alternative for GS. Again no, even if you don't have grudge and cursed doll you will get 1 shot in real end game a.k.a valtan or guardian raid 6 runs.

It's really hard for melee classes to maintain the light buff. Especially for those with low mobility like Gunlancer. But still. this was an incredibly smooth run....just a few hits received and than a dead wolf (it's a wolf right? lol)
I really hope that videos like this don't get gunslinger nerfed. Very few players can play this class to this skill level. I either see really horrible or really good gunslingers. There is no in between ... and the really good gunslingers are just so fun to watch. It would be a shame if it was nerfed because people play the class to its highest capability.
I highly doubt it would bring a nerf, the key with gunslinger is to be consistent which isn't a walk in the park all of the time. Between switching, dodging, mechanic memorization, keeping your debuff up, it can be a lot to juggle but over time can become easier to manage. It's a great class with tons of potential but needs practice. What's awesome to watch is how well this person dodges cause we are like glass cannons out there.

Why wouldnt it stack, you need both end game either way, im running grudge 3 cursed 3, hit 3, pk 1 and adren 1 right now and its pretty nice damage. You would probably get more damage running keen blunt and adrenaline 3 right now since 3 lvl 3s is the most achievable, but im running cursed and grudge to get used to it :p, and im doing perfectly fine so you should be able to too, gunslingers always mvp :3

Always pick grudge on a dps since you will get trouble in higher content when you dont learn how to play with grudge, i dont understand why ppl are scared of grudge. As second i would recommend either hit master or keen blunt (hm is the more consistent engraving, keen blunt is high risk high reward as it relies on a crit chance). Just to mention: steady state is also a cheap option for the extra 16% damage, and your playing with grudge anyway so your goal should become to stay full life nearly all the time. So you can choose between keen lvl3 (run it on 3 or dont run it), steady state and cursed doll peacemaker i would personally not overskill, lvl1 ist enough imo at any state as the higher lvls doesnt give that much more value for the cost. My GS 1370 looks like this: Grudge 3 Keen Blunt 3 (i would prefer hit master but keen blunt fit better in my case so im running it) Steady State 1 (working on getting this to 3) Peacemaker 1 Full crit + swift on neck
In a perfect world I would go 1000-1100 crit, 500 swift and the rest into spec. I have an extra swift ring because I dropped it naturally and decided to use it to save pheons. Spec buffs your sniper damage a decent amount, and the shotgun pen is nice but not nearly as impactful.

I admit he's a good player, but I don't know if it's possible for a 1385 gunslinger to make Velganos in 6 minutes, he even does it without using a dark potion, if he used it I think it would be possible. I have a Gunslinger 1406 and I do much more damage and take longer to kill Velganos.
he's taking every opportunity to do damage. Often when i'm fighting I feel like he's surrounded by too much dark stuff, but he makes it seem okay-ish to do it.
Yeah, usually im at 30ms, but still sometimes my skills dont come out immediately after a switch, which sucks, but definitely not a deal breaker, just a smidge annoying to break the fluidity

Your engravings are fine as they are. Save your pheons for relic accessories in the future or for your alts. We are only going to be using legendary accessories for like another 2 months at most, and then when valtan comes out we going to swap to relic accessories which costs 25 pheon each.
Sorry to break it to you my guy but you are just bad. Blade has higher damage potential than gunslinger if you're playing Surge atleast. Should probably spend some more money to compensate for your lack of skill :)
Skill level god mode! The class needs slightly more dps then sorc/zerkers/deathblade for being such a super squishy glass canon. Sadly, i enjoy my (artillerist 1090, zerker 1344, deathblade 1070, sorc 1325) way more then my 1385 gunslinger. Maybe its a different game at 1400+? But im afraid if i put more time into my GS, i could devote those mats into a new main and have way more enjoyment...ahh decisions decisions!
What engravings do you recommend for 1385+? Right now I’m running peacemaker 3 hitmaster 3 and grudge 3. Also, on focused shot why do you prefer double tap and final strike? I find it much easier to not be locked out of animations with the quick shot tripod.
biggest dps increase for gunslinger is getting keen blunt weapon lvl 3 but you need to have all your accessories with crit and adrenaline lvl 3 for additional 15% crit chance increase for it to work
@@h3ppy65 of you can build for crit rate to 35% min, add 10% from debuffs and then get 2 argos pieces (phase 1) for additional 15% giving your a total of 60% crit rate + making keen blunt viable, then you could replace adrenaline with something else like hm or spirit absorption if you like going fast, it all depends on the gold you have to spend
@@aviladsm spirit absorption is only good in early game or in solo play when you are still learning how to quickly execute full combo in seconds, right now i have full crit build with my necklace being crit/Swift so i do have a Little bit of extra attack speed but the biggest attack speed comes from my guild members, we usually run a team of me as guslinger, paladin, wardancer and deathblade, as you probably might know these classes give huge dmg/attack speed buffs for the entire party, thats why my build right now is lvl3 hit master lvl 3 cursed doll, lvl1 peacekeeper and i am working on lvl 3 keen blunt weapon, grudge would also be a great choice but i am simply scared that i would die early and troll abyss dungeons or argos for my team mates, thats why i will most likely try and put grudge in my build as 4th lvl 3 engraving
@@h3ppy65 that’s good, I’m glad to hear you’re running with a well balanced team it definitely makes things easier for sure, right now I have grudge lvl 3, keen lvl 3 and spirit lvl 3, with pm lvl 1, 1187 crit and 615 swift so far I really like spirit since I don’t really have a team and I just like moving fast and let my damage come over time. Grudge is hard to play with but you only get better by using it and learning the mechs, I’ll probably replace spirit with hm lvl 3 or cursed doll lvl 3 when I get the gold and when I get a good squad that gives me all of that, my space bar is also on a 5 second cool down which is fun to have as well haha

@@soul0172 velganos is the last boss of the tier so he should be compared with tytalos, alberhast and the other one with the colours ( don't remember his name). Each and everyone of these bosses is much harder than Velganos. Not even comparable

Not in the same league is an extreme overeach if we are talking about the non nerfed Tytalos (which I do). Apart from that both bosses have a wipe mechanic with Tytalos' being way harder than the one in Velganos. As for the other early bosses, Alberhastic for example is about 10 times harder than Velganos no questions asked and Achates is also much harder. I guess the question is which version of the T1,T2 guardians have you played? These are all nerfed now and I;m talking about the unerfed versions, not the "give scubs a win" ones.
@@iluvatarchem I beat the unnerfed version of Tytalos, that's what I talk about. I've only ever done Alberhastic once and it took about 6 minutes and he didn't do any big mechanics, which is why I have no comment on that. The thing with Tytalos is his wipe mechanic is somewhat hard but once you get the timing right once you can get it every time, and none of his attack patterns are hard to deal with, he's practically free to DPS. With Velganos his actual attack pattern is difficult. Even with way more experience I had trouble with his breath attack wiping me over and over again as a deadeye with grudge, and his other attacks would hit me way more than other guardians, especially when he's in a tighter area and has the pools of darkness everywhere. First pizza is quite difficult even now as someone who has done Velganos twice a day for a long time, I usually just pick up one light and leave as long as I didn't get unlucky beforehand. Realistically the only thing that was difficult about original Tytalos was trying to get teammates who wouldn't enrage him, and the same goes for Velganos, I solo him because doing it in a pug would take 10x longer. I'm fairly certain if anyone had to do Tytalos on ilvl and Velganos on ilvl, they'd start clearing Tytalos way before they'd start clearing Velganos. No comment on Alberhastic or Achates as they were not memorable to me the way Tytalos was back then, and I'm pretty sure they were nerfed by the time I got to them.

@@h3ppy65 of you can build for crit rate to 35% min, add 10% from debuffs and then get 2 argos pieces (phase 1) for additional 15% giving your a total of 60% crit rate + making keen blunt viable, then you could replace adrenaline with something else like hm or spirit absorption if you like going fast, it all depends on the gold you have to spend
@@aviladsm spirit absorption is only good in early game or in solo play when you are still learning how to quickly execute full combo in seconds, right now i have full crit build with my necklace being crit/Swift so i do have a Little bit of extra attack speed but the biggest attack speed comes from my guild members, we usually run a team of me as guslinger, paladin, wardancer and deathblade, as you probably might know these classes give huge dmg/attack speed buffs for the entire party, thats why my build right now is lvl3 hit master lvl 3 cursed doll, lvl1 peacekeeper and i am working on lvl 3 keen blunt weapon, grudge would also be a great choice but i am simply scared that i would die early and troll abyss dungeons or argos for my team mates, thats why i will most likely try and put grudge in my build as 4th lvl 3 engraving
@@h3ppy65 that’s good, I’m glad to hear you’re running with a well balanced team it definitely makes things easier for sure, right now I have grudge lvl 3, keen lvl 3 and spirit lvl 3, with pm lvl 1, 1187 crit and 615 swift so far I really like spirit since I don’t really have a team and I just like moving fast and let my damage come over time. Grudge is hard to play with but you only get better by using it and learning the mechs, I’ll probably replace spirit with hm lvl 3 or cursed doll lvl 3 when I get the gold and when I get a good squad that gives me all of that, my space bar is also on a 5 second cool down which is fun to have as well haha

Depends on your stats and engraving setup
If you can hit like 60-65 crit chance I would go the moon set that gives crit damage

@@jdturkdrcox u can swap sets just have to start crafting the crit damage set with your argos mats, and then pay a little bit of silver to transfer your gear

Worth mentioning that T3 guardians are piss easy compared to T1 and T2..
Not the case with Velganos
@@soul0172 velganos is the last boss of the tier so he should be compared with tytalos, alberhast and the other one with the colours ( don't remember his name). Each and everyone of these bosses is much harder than Velganos.

@@iluvatarchem Tytalos has a single mechanic that most can do after 2 or 3 times of practicing the timing. There's no world where you can pretend it's even in the same league as Velganos.
@@soul0172 I can agree that maybe Tytalos is a bit easier than Velganos (although not really because you are very inexperienced when you face him while on Velganos you're at 1385 and stacked). Not in the same league is an extreme overeach if we are talking about the non nerfed Tytalos (which I do).
Apart from that both bosses have a wipe mechanic with Tytalos' being way harder than the one in Velganos.
As for the other early bosses, Alberhastic for example is about 10 times harder than Velganos no questions asked and Achates is also much harder.
I guess the question is which version of the T1,T2 guardians have you played? These are all nerfed now and I;m talking about the unerfed versions, not the "give scubs a win" ones.
@@iluvatarchem I beat the unnerfed version of Tytalos, that's what I talk about. I've only ever done Alberhastic once and it took about 6 minutes and he didn't do any big mechanics, which is why I have no comment on that.
The thing with Tytalos is his wipe mechanic is somewhat hard but once you get the timing right once you can get it every time, and none of his attack patterns are hard to deal with, he's practically free to DPS.
With Velganos his actual attack pattern is difficult. Even with way more experience I had trouble with his breath attack wiping me over and over again as a deadeye with grudge, and his other attacks would hit me way more than other guardians, especially when he's in a tighter area and has the pools of darkness everywhere. First pizza is quite difficult even now as someone who has done Velganos twice a day for a long time, I usually just pick up one light and leave as long as I didn't get unlucky beforehand.
Realistically the only thing that was difficult about original Tytalos was trying to get teammates who wouldn't enrage him, and the same goes for Velganos, I solo him because doing it in a pug would take 10x longer. I'm fairly certain if anyone had to do Tytalos on ilvl and Velganos on ilvl, they'd start clearing Tytalos way before they'd start clearing Velganos. No comment on Alberhastic or Achates as they were not memorable to me the way Tytalos was back then, and I'm pretty sure they were nerfed by the time I got to them.
